Will is an amazing character. He has had a privileged, but not easy childhood. I get a bit bored with the way he throws his great wealth around sometimes but it is good to see the more human aspects emerging. Giving water to the lady at the Rock was a thoughtful gesture. Whatever, as usual with Mark, we are being taken for a thrilling ride

Great writing and story but of course, it's Mark. Yes, Will's immaturity is definitely showing here. He was warned of Connie's likely response but is still unable to accept Connie's boundaries. He brings his family wealth into the conversation which is a turn-off. Not sure why he wishes to pursue Connie so eagerly. Is he really into him? Probably not. Is it his competitive need to dominate; certainly a lot of that. Or maybe he is still grieving Zak and is subconsciously setting himself up for another rejection to prove to himself how unworthy he is. Interested muchly to see how Mr. A resolves this

Wow, the first few chapters and you are already taking us on such a hectic ride. So impressed with Will. He is still young but seems to sum up situations so well and more importantly know what his feelings are. He reminds me of his Grandfather. Thanks Mr. Arbour - enjoy Thanksgiving and be safe

The break-up between Will and Zach was sadly inevitable but the relationship has been good for them both on balance. How will Will move forward? I hope he doesn't plunge back into a relationship

The morality of that time appears to be,if you can do it without scandal, why not. Licence for the rich and powerful, as always. We still do not have intelligent debates about morality. Religious absolutism keeps us stuck in the dark ages. This is a bloody good read, I am so enjoying it!

Mr Arbour, you made us wait just long enough for this and we are all so happy to be back with Will and his family. The sort of break-up with Zach was anticipated but I suspect that that bond will last a lifetime in various iterations. Meanwhile Will is being Will and about to plunge into a risky enterprise before we have even finished the first chapter. I love this ride

This experience appears to have added to CJ's political experience and is forcing him to confront his values. As with many of us he is finding contradictions within himself. He is appalled when confronted by the Holocaust Memorials but wishes he could get rid of all religious leaders as a solution to ignorance. He seems to feel that richer Arab nations should be assisting the Palestinians even though his values at home appear to be leaning towards the stand on your own feet, Ayn Randian value system. He shows sensitivity and naivete. Be interesting to see how this experience plays out in his future thinking. CJ has had a lot of positive affirmation. Let us hope that this does not go to his head and preclude future intellectual development. Great story. Thank you -
