Kiss of the Vampire
Budapest
In the depths of the Carpathian Mountains, where the nights were long and the shadows deep, Vladimir, a powerful and ancient vampire, resided in his grand, yet foreboding castle. I feel bad for Jubal and the nightmares I am sure that he is no stranger to them. Jubal has no doubt had more than a few bad times with looking for someone that is made like him and I feel this had made him gun shy. Still, we can hope for the best for these two men. Lucas tells Jubal that he could have that job at the mill if he wants but then he doesn't sound like he means it. And Lucas also Add's you could still stay at the farm! Wild stuff and what the hell is that sheriff up to. Oh to be a fly in that office!
Great chapter
Today in 1959 was the day that the music died!
February 3 is known as The Day the Music Died after a small plane crash killed Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens and The Big Bopper in 1959.
Holly, a Texas native, was thought to be the next Elvis Presley.
Waylon Jennings, also from Texas, gave up his seat on the plane for The Big Bopper.
Well the two of them are a great team and they are building the best home here abouts. And if they can do such a thing and they could build other things as well And if that be so, one wonders where this great story may go! Woot!
Thanks so much for sharing whats inside your mind!
I loved that Lucas and Jubal in bed just chatting figuring out what they would do for the day. And of course, Jubal wanting to give his friend the best house that he could give him. And making it so it will last for a long time. You are a master builder Gary I see the truth of that!
