This is an interesting start, Elias...I hope you continue it!

I think I missed something because I don't understand the significance of the fish. We know Eric is a user, and I seem to recall he never submits, being always on top...I don't see that working for long with Twoey. Once again, I'm done wasting my thoughts on David...and I'm close to that with Twoey if he really has given up so easily on David--I guess he's forgotten the depth of the bond they had in their healing place. It just doesn't seem like him. I hope Matty is good to Chuck, and actually has some consideration for his feelings rather than just wanting a way to get release. Disappointed in Tommy even more, his feelings belie his words of unconditional support for his older brother--preferring him to fit in rather than be himself. As for Alex, the less we see of her the more I'll like it...she's another predator with concern only for her own desires--this story is chock full of those. A chapter moving the story past these disastrous matches wouldn't be unwelcome, my friend.

Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
Seriously cool, another chapter just before I was off to bed. Needless to say, I read it right away, now I'm sad because I'll have to wait again for a new one. The evil woman next door, will hopefully decide to move out of such close quarters to heathens... Amazingly warm fuzzy feelings here, min ven! -
Chapter 11 Final Chapter- Anchored
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 11 Final Chapter- Anchored
Okay, G-Man, gonna hold you to the seeing more of these two in future! This was so much different from what I was expecting following your brief glimpses while I was recovering at the rehab facility! It segued into a more upbeat tale sooner than I expected, and yet it was full of taut and tense emotions which had me alternately ranting and gnashing my teeth at Carli. I'd like to think that Ron might recover, but the guys have made the right decision to keep Bailey away from his family regardless. Give him work and encouragement, but no clue that he's a father. My only wonder is when you are going to produce something that is less than brilliant...not anytime soon from what I can see. -
Chapter 10 Floating Toward Shore
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 10 Floating Toward Shore
Man, Jared and Craig make an awesome team on the job--I can see the firm growing by leaps and bounds. I too really hope that Carli can change, and am only worried that she may try some of her tricks on the guy from work rather than try to be a proper girlfriend. Fingers crossed, my dear friend! -
Chapter 9 Surfing the Waves
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 9 Surfing the Waves
Wow, that was a close call! Jared said all the right things to help Craig through the panic attack. Meant for each other in more ways than one! -
Chapter 8 Sweet Summer Rain
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 8 Sweet Summer Rain
Wow, these two are in for one heck of a life together, unless they both die of heart attacks in a few months. Once again, a special infusion of love, hot sex and commitment worth waiting for. Seriously loving this story, my dear friend. -
Chapter 7 River of Dreams
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 7 River of Dreams
All the ideas for the house sound great--I have a dining room only because it's next to the kitchen, and I bought a nine piece set just weeks before the house...it was a good deal for such a set and was almost unused despite being from 1925--it was bought as a wedding present, and the wedding never took place, so got little use. I'm dreading the next chapter, but I know it has to come... -
Such a hot love scene--and hooray for gay porn. It was bad movies and magazines around 1978 that taught me most of what I knew, until I had my first real experience three years later. Some of those old beta and vhs tapes were really hot--better than the cheap Euro dvd crap put out today. Eager for the next chapter, but I'm gonna eat and do meds first...sorry G-Man.

Chapter 5 Touching Bottom
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 5 Touching Bottom
Yes--a man who believes in redoing houses like they deserve--preserving as much of the original as possible. My first major job in my 1908 house was ripping out the 70s formica cabinets, dropped ceiling and fluourescent light in the kitchen. It was back to the original 10 foot ceiling height, and I built my own cabinets modelled on the ones in the pantry which were original. It also helped that I found the six original doors in the garage--all in original perfect varnish. A few years later I found a light fixture which matched the ones in the living room and dining room, so my kitchen appears original, like the rest of the house still did. I didn't need every gadget that came along to cook, limiting myself to a mixer and a toaster. I still use my mom's baking pans and Red Wing mixing bowls, and my mixer is from about 1935. I really, really hope Carli is done giving them crap...this could be so beautiful! -
Chapter 4 White Water Rafting
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 4 White Water Rafting
It's sad how far Carli went to be such a bitch...I'm so happy that Craig stood up to her and forced her to admit the truth. Now, we just have to see if she does the right thing and keeps her promise. Somehow, I doubt it. -
Man, the depth of Carli's machinations knows no bounds...this has caused more than one thought to enter my head, but I really hope the most troubling one isn't true. I'm very afraid that it is, though. Come on Craig, save the day for Bailey and Jared--hey--maybe he can build the house to drop on her!

Chapter 2 Flood Warnings
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 2 Flood Warnings
Man Gary, you sure know how to draw despicable characters! I'm so relieved that Craig's mom has a large part in raising Becky, she'd turn into a horrible bitch if it was left to Carli. The best thing I can see now is that those 'flood waters' ought to rise up and carry her far away...maybe so someone could drop a house on her! Come on Craig, don't fall for your sister's crap--she has no heart or feelings, so has no concept of what others are dealing with. Craig should disown her for the few things she's said already! On to the next one, and I hope Jared and Craig can find some consolation, if not love, yet. -
Chapter 10 Housekeeping and dinner plans
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 10 Housekeeping and dinner plans
Another great one, Tim! I'm eager to see what sort of changes are going to be made to Michael's new room, and wonder if Aunt Grethe and Mr. Archibald will become friends. One side note, it took a bit for me to figure out the Aunt's name via narraqtor, but I've liked that one since it belonged to an ancestor of mine--well, in a way. My great-great-greatgrandfather's name was Friuedrich Henri and his wife was named Magrithe Elisabeth' they were the parents of the young man who came over in 1840, possibly from Switzerland, though Johann Leonardus was born in Thuringia in 1813. More please, min ven!. -
Chapter 9 Shopping trips
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 9 Shopping trips
Wow, I guess being direct has benefits...maybe the Aunt and Mr. Archibald will become friends! Roses are a good starting point. -
Chapter 8 For richer, for poorer
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 8 For richer, for poorer
Awesome chapter, and it's nice to see that money isn''t going to be an issue for them. I like the Aunt, and can't wait to see what she's going to bake! -
Chapter 6 Sharing bed and breakfast

It just gets better and better, Tim! I can't wait to meet Michael's aunt. -
Chapter 5 Coming out with the truth
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 5 Coming out with the truth
Cool, posted on my birthday! Sorry to only be finding it now. I really hope that Fiona turns out to be okay, and that some of Patrick's other cousins are decent people. At least he has Michael and Peter as his beacons of love. -
Chapter 3 Valentine’s Kiss
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 3 Valentine’s Kiss
That Michael is certainly an instinctive matchmaker. I'm glad Patrick is taking a chance, his sense of empathy is not going to lead him astray. -
Chapter 2 Valentine’s Day Surprise
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 2 Valentine’s Day Surprise
YES!! It's so sad how Michael came to be born, but he is such a wonderful boy, and his dad is now free to find his true love! Come on Patrick--say Yes. -
Chapter 1 Patrick’s Personal Card
ColumbusGuy commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 1 Patrick’s Personal Card
I like this story a lot...I feel sorry for Patrick having such a unique gift and not having a special love to share it with. He was lucky to have the support of his parents, and at least he can spot phonies a mile away. Come on Patrick...I'm rooting for this guy to be the one! -
Chapter 31 Six New Parents
ColumbusGuy commented on Tallguyct's story chapter in Chapter 31 Six New Parents
I'm so glad that Tim and Rafe have the chance to give the two boys a good home. They have shown themselves to be more than capable, and I think the authorities will turn a blind eye if even half of the horror stories are true of what went on. Eager for the next installment, and anxious to learn whether Eddie and Charley have found a permanent home! -
Tim, I don't have all the words to express how this makes me feel. The image of Solomon sitting on the chair waiting for Colin made me cry remembering how my Genghis did that, as pictured on my blog post. All the stuff he does has been things my own cats have done over the years, and there were so many times that that bond of love filled the spot where a boyfriend should have been. It's been very hard this last nine months without a cat. Colin and Ken are such a good match, with him being so in tune with Colin's needs and finding ways to enhance their bond through ways not related to hearing...he's a truly sensitive man and Colin can relax his vigilance now--he has his safety net now. I'd love to have another story with them sometime...maybe Christmas?

It's great when there's a new chapter, but I see this one as a massive step backward. Once again, David is making the wrong decisions, or rather having them pushed upon him by scheming females. You sure it's only 18 weeks? More like months at this rate. A sigh of regret that things have gone so far wrong...our protagonists have devolved to second-best relationships rather than find their true soul mates. Disappointment too in Tommy, who seemed relieved that David wasn't with a guy, despite saying he'd have no problem with it. Grandpa, you'd better set David on the right course and get him back into therapy!

Chapter 58 You Can't Win Without Trust
ColumbusGuy commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 58 You Can't Win Without Trust
Oh man, the sweetness of the two young boys just gets better by the chapter--I can see they are going to wind up just like Michael and Kendall in more ways than one--but with their own special twist. Ugly sweaters for Christmas? Surely there's no such thing? Of course there have to be ones for Colleen and Big Mike! I can't wait to see what the patterns are. I'm a tad confused about what Nate added to his necklace--is it Trust on one link with Bodie's name on the other side? That would be so fitting. The dog tags are so great--and despite not having a lot of time, they are perfect for Bodie. Laughed myself to death with the snowball fight, those were so much fun when I was a kid.
