    Chapter 65

I definitely agree with the reasons for Anson's nervousness, but George is only about 24. He was 15 in October 1791. Maybe it's his stoic demeanor that ages him.

    Chapter 65

Pitcairn's suicide was sufficiently timely to avert a burial at sea. The rest of the chapter was delightful. Thanks, Mark.

    Chapter 43

It's easy to forget Will is just 17. The idea that he has to find a life partner before he even gets to college is just silly.

    Chapter 43

I'm with @centexhairysub. This chapter made me sad and I am not a fan of Zack. I hope Will managed to resolve things with Jeff before he leaves LA. Thanks, Mark.

    Chapter 42

Cody could have told Will after the lunch and before he saw Jeff. That would have averted the blow up but also Will's being blindsided by Jeff's revelation.

    Chapter 42

    Mason?

    Chapter 42

Will's blood brother is Stef. 🙂

    Chapter 42

The scene where Cam found out Will's identify was hilarious. Much funnier than I pictured it! Poor Jeff. I hope Will finds a way to help him extricate himself from a dead-end relationship with such an arsehole. I'm guessing the phone call is to Zach. I can't think of anyone else who would warrant a cliffhanger. Thanks, Mark! Lovely surprise to wake up to.

    Chapter 41

I guess it's probably a good thing JJ doesn't have any meaningful control over his money.

    Chapter 41

Such a fun chapter! I, too, was sad Cody didn't turn up but that would have blown Will's cover. Looking forward to when Cam figures out who Will is. I kind of hope it's at some future business meeting with Stef and Cody. Thanks, Mark!

    Chapter 40

I definitely appreciated the exposition in this chapter. We haven't heard much about the LA contingent of the extended family in a while and I was very rusty on the details. I'm assuming Stef will make Will part of the Anders-Hayes deal. Looking forward to see where this all goes next. Thanks, Mark. I'm really enjoying the regular updates.

    Chapter 64

Wonderful chapter! As others have noted, George's mentorship skills are prodigious. He also showed foresight in gathering written witness accounts for what will likely be a court martial, although it would mean having to keep Pitcairn on his ship a lot longer than he'd like. I wouldn't be surprised if he came up with a more creative solution. Lots to look forward to: baths, learning about Anson's problem, and a mysterious inheritance that will likely solve the problem of the Catholic tenants. I also have to mention how much I love Daventry as a character. I think he's the only person George gets to have a truly uncomplicated relationship with. Thanks, Mark!

    Chapter 39

Interesting chapter, full of introspection. I'll agree with everyone who has already said it: Will could never work for his father. I also think he's better off without Zach. Very curious about the secret meeting with Evelyn. Stef always has the best plans. Thanks, Mark, this was a lovely Monday treat.

    Chapter 63

Thanks, Mark, very entertaining chapter! It set up a lot of interesting dynamics for the trip home.

    Chapter 38

Great chapter, thanks, Mark! I hope your vacation was fun and relaxing.

    Chapter 62

Thanks for this lovely holiday surprise! Granger is developing quite a habit of accumulating stray children. I expect Matheus will spend a few years in school in England before signing up with His Majesty's Naval Service.

    Chapter 37

Interesting that Will funded the LGBT Alliance group on his own in advance of the board meeting. I thought the plan he proposed (which JP refined) for changing how funds are awarded was a good one. Although, depending where they set the threshold, not sure that would have addressed the relatively small funding request that Mike's group had made. The board meeting will be very interesting when it happens.

    Chapter 36

Yay, happy Sunday! There's nothing quite like the enjoyment of reading Escorial dinner drama over breakfast. Thanks, Mark!

    Chapter 61

This was an exceptionally positive chapter. Calliope is running more efficiently; Winkler has proven his worth once again; and Granger, Daventry and most of the crew are embarking on a delightful shore excursion. Why do I feel like some drama is about to befall them?

    Chapter 35

Great chapter! Sad to hear the Foundation isn't performing as well as the family think it is. Looking forward to more of Mike and the upcoming board meeting. Thanks, Mark!

    Chapter 34

Wow, was not expecting that ending. Neither was Will. This is definitely getting interesting. Thanks, Mark. I really appreciate the regular updates to this story. Looking forward to the next one.

    Chapter 33

I did hear about the mullet resurgence. Hopefully it won't last long.

    Chapter 33

I guess we know exactly how Mark felt about that fad.

    Chapter 33

Will's interactions with Bongo were hilarious. Looking forward to the haircut. Thanks for another fantastic chapter! Edit: Corrected Bongo's name. Also adding that he seems like a nice guy. I hope he sticks around.

    Chapter 30

Interesting progression. I wonder who's behind this new offer from the military. Looking forward to seeing what happens next!
