    The US is not a parliamentary democracy so things don't work the same. Aren't PMs chosen by the party from the pool of representatives elected by the public? A deposed Prime Minister could be reelected by their constituency and remain in parliament even if the party never chooses them as their leader again. Haven't there been rumors about Boris trying to engineer a comeback?

    Imagine my surprise when I turned on ESPN while eating lunch and discovered a high school boys' basketball game being broadcast from McDonough Arena on the campus of Georgetown University. The first annual State Champions Invitational tournament featured state champions and in the final, a school from New Jersey lost to one from Washington, D.C. Not sure if Ritch was able to watch, but he should be happy his alma mater, Sidwell Friends High School, took home the trophy. I think Brett and Cesar were in the audience.

    I've repeatedly said my stories are not good for speed-reading. I tend to include details sometimes missed when people don't pay attention. Reading a chapter twice helps. LOL.

    The only bone I've ever broken was my ankle, and I have pins and screws in it to prove it was really broken. I can't imagine what a pain not being able to use a hand would be. I saw Springsteen on Broadway before CJ and Owen did! LOL, I was there for my 60th birthday.

    I'm pretty sure CJ and Owen were the only ones in on the secret. I used Cooper and Cohen as the foils (instead of another network's anchors because they're so distinctive personalities and both are gay. Conveniently, they both have kids which I'll use at some point in the future.

    Some of Duckworth's dialogue I stole from speeches and articles about her. She's a gutsy lady. Years after I first mentioned Everhope, I'm still describing rooms, artwork, and furniture. The guys spent a ton of money remodeling and furnishing the house, but whenever they splurged, I tried to show it was on quality items that would last a lifetime.
