A combination of ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal, browned and highly seasoned with black pepper, your favorite--garlic, and chili powder. I added tomato sauce, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese and mixed it all together with some organic brown rice. Very tasty and I have a ton leftover to freeze for lunches.

OMG if you're anything like my mom when she eats garlic, then please spare your co-workers and stay home. She excretes garlic from her pores whenever she eats garlic. OMG I love garlic, but not when someone reeks of it like they bathed in a vat of garlic oil. The meal sounds delicious, BTW, minus the fungus.

It's cold here and I woke up to a dusting of snow on the ground. It's a good day to work inside.

I've had them here before, but they were beer-battered pickle spears. Quite tasty. Then I had some at a bbq joint in Florida... OMG they were the chips, not spears, and I couldn't stop eating them, they were so freaking good. 🤤
