  1. An encyclopedia specialized in drilling ?
  2. Picked up the first green beans tonight: 2 good handfuls! I was going to freeze them but they'll be perfect for dad's lunch tomorrow. Fresh, organic and homegrown veggies
  3. I have it on my phone emoji
  4. I'm second place in your heart right after your mama? Aww how sweet
  5. I'm not that crazy 😬
  6. Thing is my brother cancelled Netflix before the end of Outlander last season i might activate the free month and binge watch it
  7. Hi gang I see you're all playing couch potatoes binge watching series I spent last evening and today at a friend's parent's house. Her mom made me thing a lot of my own mother. We met in class in September. She came to me and pretty much adopted me. Usually I'm kinda friendly as a bear at first sight but her bubbly personality just took me along for the ride. It's only 18°C and we had rain on and off all day long. But looks like the garden is enjoying it cause we have little green beans already and the melon got twice bigger in the span of a week!
  8. I've start Yellowstone with Kevin cosner. It's good. I don't have netflix anymore (my brother was the one paying and it doesn't interest him anymore ) but we also have Amazon and Salto (it's French, like prime but more focused on French series and shows)
  9. And let's not talk about Cards on the Table
  10. I think we all agree to those points. This picture was ridiculous, there are no point in doing so in a trail like that. I just mentioned that sometimes in certain situations it's normal, acceptable even encouraged to built little stone towers. But never like in that picture. End of the debate on my part.
  11. Take a deep breath Bertie, it's all gonna be alright
  12. I've found a website explaining it https://www.envie-de-queyras.com/news/cairn-kairn-tas-pierre-monticule-amas-sentiers-rando Here's the translation from google: But what is the meaning of these heaps of stone that we observe on our paths? These are marks left by previous hikers, making it possible to mark the path or materialize a peak, and thus make it possible to clearly identify the path. How is the Cairn materialized, what form does it take? They take the form of a heap/mound of stones in a pyramid, and are most often located in places where it is difficult to maintain a clearly demarcated path/path or paint markings (e.g. in scree, scree, or rocky passages). Who builds and places cairns? Each walker is thus encouraged to add his own stone (to the building), in order to enrich the beacon/marker. The guides or staff in charge of trail maintenance also maintain these small piles of stones. Etymology of the word Cairn It would come from the Scottish word càrn, pile of stones affixed to materialize a burial or the top of the hills
  13. Too bad, it's sad when that happens
  14. It's not really vandalism. It's common, at least in France, to find those little rock towers, when hiking. When you pass by one you can add your piece to the edifice. Though it's usually on the side of the path (kinda a pain in the ass move to have put them all over the path )
  15. As I've said before Pagey is just better at hiding it
  16. What?! Oh no! I lovee that story and would read it regularly too. I was just thinking about it not long ago. Do you know if we can find it anywhere else?

We're going to give it a good painting and we'll re-use the shelves from my brother's pop figurines to make new ones to store yarn, looot of yarn and fabrics and sewing knitknat and a big wooden work table that'll be install on an old wrought iron feet of sewing machine. But before that we need to install more electric plugs meaning plaster and sanding...
