Today I made my first solid shampoo. I'm dubious about the smell ( tea tree essentials oil and rosemary hydrosol) and even more about the color... but it's for my brother 🤷🏻♀️ Tomorrow I'll receive the last material I need to make soap. And next on my list will be laundry detergent. At least my new obsession is useful

Happy 1st day of the year all We went to have lunch at grandma's with my aunt and her family. There was a light dusting of snow when we woke up but was all melt by 10. I am now sitting in a big comfy sit by the fire fighting off a nap

My coat has pockets! Big and deep pockets! For the last year I thought it was pretend pockets sew. It was annoying. What winter coat doesn't have pockets to protect your hands from the cold. Today i decided to cut/open up the sewing to find a wayvto creat some and found out pockets were there all this time!

Forecast is for some dusting of snow tomorrow and the 1st here but the center of the country got 1meter in less than 48 hours!

So no more late night visitors then too bad for sherye I'm good, woke up late, did some crochet, made lunch, more crochet while watching Outlander for the x time then cleaned the stove and did my nails.
