Thanks, Mark, for a really fine Flux fix! I don't like Alex and mistrust him. He certainly doesn't seem to have any of George's characteristics, and I think Wade is smitten with the whole noblesse oblige thing. I started out rooting for W&M, then segued into disliking Wade for his treatment of Matt, and now sliding back into hope for the twosome. I really don't think Matt acted too much differently after 9-11 than he did in college, perhaps a tad more vigorously. But then, what do I know? These are your characters, Mark, after all. What confuses me sometimes is that your replies to reviews seem almost to question your own portrayal of them. Regardless, thoroughly enjoy the story, and the chapter. With only 5 (?) chapters remaining, how long will we have to wait for the next CAP story? There WILL be another one, won't there?

Aha! My comfy recliner notwithstanding, this chapter made me sit up and stop fretting about these characters. For the first time, I feel a certain modicum of hope that perhaps Wade will shuck his self absorbed persona, and think of Matt more than he has been. Good on Will for telling him like it is. Oh Lord, here I go again.....obsessing Kathy Bates like with these fictional characters. It's all your fault, Mark. You're too good. BTW not sure if this will be of any comfort.....I'm now starting to obsess over George Granger! Sort of spreading my largesse around. Enjoyed this chapter. Keep 'em cuming he he.

I really have to get a life. I sit in my comfortable old recliner, waiting for the hours and days to pass so I can get my Flux fix. And when it comes, I find myself getting irrationally angry at one character or another, but mostly.....WADE! Then, during a reflective moment, I ask myself why in the world do I get so damned upset at a fictional character!! I guess my answer to me is....it's a testament to how well you, Mark Arbour, portray them. So, I sincerely hope that fictional Matt makes fictional Wade very very jealous with hot, fictional Cam! Great job, Mark, and thanks for very timely fixes.

Well, I for one am getting tired of Wade and his thoughtless selfishness. I'm hoping that Matt will hook up with an absolutely incredible hunk, and put Wade where he belongs. Waaay in the back of his mind!

Thanks, JWolf for a gripping chapter. You have certainly redeemed yourself for tardy posting. I am enjoying the story very much, but can't help feeling sad for Mike. He has obviously fallen for Corbin, who is just as obviously going to use him to get to Pete. IMHO Corbin needs to let go of Pete, and move honestly forward with Mike.

I thought long and hard before starting this story. I thought hmmmm, started in 2012 and we're only on chapter 19, posted almost a year after chapter 18. Enjoying the story, but come on! So long between chapters? You must have SOME idea of where this going. Why not finish it and put all of us out of our misery!

I get to wondrin' if Cody will make an appearance. He and Matt got into it quite nicely. Yet another great instalment. BTW do you ever read your messages?

Great to read another chapter! I'm very happy that Matt is coming to grips with a probable Wadeless future. I am not liking Wade all that much any more. Like Matt, I think he has selfishly forgotten how much Matt helped him in the past. Perhaps one day Wade will realize how much he has lost.

Very cute little story. Just one small criticism. I am a bit of a grammar freak, so I will point out that it is not "them" hands, but "those" hands.

I have always had a soft spot for Matt. Even more so after re-reading Bloodlines. This was a great chapter, with you bringing Wade and Matt to a good friendship. Pollyanna though I may be, I think they will still end up together, much like Brad and Robbie did a few times. Well done!

I went back to Bloodlines, and really enjoyed re-connecting with Wadmat, not to mention how HOT that story was! Phew!! I may be a Pollyanna, but I STILL think they will get back together. I liken Wade to Brad, and Matt to Robbie, and look how the Brobbie relationship became so volatile at times. Good start, Mark! Very promising.

Really enjoyed this last chapter, and the whole story. I'm re-reading Bloodlines to reconnect with Matt and Wade. You own these characters, of course, but I think that you will put them back together some time in the hopefully near future. I will wait patiently for the new story. Well done to you and your team!

I can't tell you how disappointed I was that you had put 9.11 on hold, and then the relief that I was not going to be denied my "fix" when you posted a new chapter. I have followed CAP right from the beginning, but you won't find any in-depth reviews from me. I simply fall in love with a story, and read it without pause to its conclusion. And I have fallen heavily for this series. I hope you continue to write. I can't wait to see what your next story brings. Thanks.

Yes indeed, another great chapter by a fine writer. I find myself incredibly sad and angsty (new word) over the Wade and Matt situation. Then I wonder why? After all, these aren't real characters....they are figments of your imagination. You can fix it with a mere swipe of your pen (or a few clicks of your keyboard). So I beg you.....fix them! Though I must say another dalliance between Wade and Brad would be awfully hot! And do you think Will and Matt will ever "get it on"? A question....do you ever write novels that can be purchased? If not, you really should. You would make a mint!

Sometime ago I read a story (that I'm now trying to find again) about a high school senior, one of a wealthy family of 3 or 4 boys/men based in New Orleans whose parents were killed in a plane crash. Oh good Lord! Now I have to wait yet ANOTHER week to find out if Matt can fix it between him and Wade, not to mention the rest of the family. I loved how JP demonstrated how well he deals with family members. I think he really only screwed up with his half brother. Great job!

I was so shocked and saddened to hear about the death of Ray Price. I am 76 and he is one of my all time favourite singers, country or otherwise. My father loved him too.

Cruising around GA I found this story, which I enjoyed very much. However.......I have to say that I cringed over the misspellings and misuse of words. You need to get a good editor! Good luck
