Hahaha! I can't believe they all got together to make this!!! That's awesome on EPIC levels!!! Ok...to make this short, brief 'boyband' history... New Kids On The Block was one of the biggest boybands of all time. Hands down. But before them, Maurice Starr had New Edition (Which was basically set up in the 80s to be the new Jackson 5), but Maurice Starr was crooked (of course) and was stealing their money, and New Edition wanted nothing more to do with him. "Ok, well, you guys are from Boston. I'm going to find five white boys who can do what you do and make them superstars. And that's where "New Kids" came from. But NKOTB figured out his crooked ways as well, and wanted nothing to do with him either. So THEY left, and New Kids and New Edition had this...'conflict' for years afterward. Then comes Backstreet Boys, and N'Sync who were supposed to take over from the NKOTB hype, but went through similar problems with Lou Perlman (Lance is in this video too as the teacher!), and Bieber, and One Direction, and just...they're ALL giving these crooks the kick in the ass they deserve! LMAO!!! It' the best boyband WARNING that I've ever seen! YES! Haaha! Bell Biv Devoe is IN the video! Hahaha! And wait...is that Debbie Gibson??? OMIGOD, it is!!! Dude, that's hilarious!!! Sorry, I'm sure a bunch of you have NO idea what I'm talking about, but trust me...this is insane! 10 out of 10 for this! LOVE you guys! Hahaha! XD Middle fingers to Maurice Starr! Crook! YES! I can defintely be jealous sometimes! Now, when I say that,I don't want you guys to think that I'm some sort of psycho or that I'm overly possessive of the people in my life. I'm not. But I'd be a bold faced liar if I said that I didn't get jealous sometimes. Like...if I'm out with someone, and it's a party atmosphere? Then sure. We're there to mingle and have fun and talk to other people. That's fun. Just...not at my expense. If that makes sense. Don't get totally absorbed in some other guy all night and completely ignore me. That's when the jealousy monster starts to rise to the surface. I could be wrong, but I think a little envy is healthy in a relationship. What can I say? I care. I want to be close to you. I want you to want to be close to me too. When things get out of balance, then yeah...I feel like I'm being scammed. Because there are people out there who will deliberately move in on your boyfriend and push hard to replace you for their own selfish needs. And I know who they are...but they can deal with that karma when it boomerangs back to them. I won't be a part of that. Anyway, a little jealousy is ok from time to time. I don't own or control anybody, and if they leave me behind for somebody else...then, sucks to be me, I guess. I can be an adult about that. But I'd never claim to not be jealous when it happens. The green eyed monster is like the HULK for me! LOL! So be gentle with my heart, ok? I've been hurt before! LOL!

Jealousy! Sometimes, it's something that we can control, or at least keep under wraps in order to keep the peace. But...if you had to be totally honest about it...would you say that you were a jealous person when it came to your relationships? Now, before you answer...understand that I'm not instantly saying that jealousy is this awful disorder and you're a bad and obsessive person for feeling that way. It doesn't have to always be that severe. Maybe the boy you love is sharing a joke and a laugh with a stranger at a bar somewhere. Maybe they shared a secret with someone that they had never shared with you before. Maybe they're just gorgeous, or have a great singing voice, or a body and six pack abs to die for. Maybe people flirt with them all the time, and it drives you CRAZY, because you know that they could pick any one of those flirtatious guys at random and go home with them tonight if they wanted to. Whatever the situation, whatever the cause or effect...jealousy is a real thing. It can raise its ugly head when you least expect it, and cause a bunch of problems before you're able to get it back under control again. So...jealousy! Do you ever get jealous? In a good way, or a bad way? Is there even a good way? What do you think causes it? And how do you overcome it...if at all? I'd love to hear your thoughts on this! They don't bother me, they inspire me. Either to keep going or to get better. So t's a win/win as far as I'm concerned.

I've been really moved by your responses here, in email, and some others coming from Nifty. And I wanted to express my feelings tonight concerning you guys who have been through similar situations, or may be going through them now. I think it's important. There were many times when I wanted to quit. Walk away from 'Comicality' and pretend that I was never here at all. The voice that I've been writing about in this story, in GFD, or in earlier chapters of New Kid...? It's real. It doesn't go away. But I wanted to tell you that it can be beaten. You can maneuver around it once you see it for what it is. It's not your fault. It never was. I've been talked down from a ledge many times over the years, and a few of those times came from Myr himself, right here at GA years ago. He's seen me at my lowest points, and he stepped up to really be there for me on more than a few occasions. Even enlisting others at GA to help out with love and support as well. I won't ever forget that. So thank you for being a friend. ((Hugz)) For all of you who are struggling with voices of your own, I know that it can be difficult a times...but it's not stronger than you are. Love yourselves. I think the real question would be...what reason would be satisfying for abuse of that nature? I don't think I could come up with a reason that would make readers say, "Ohhhh, now it makes sense." The story is almost complete, but as a survivor of this level of abuse myself, i can honestly say that faking it and not having it noticed, even by the people closest to you...is very easy. Weeks, months, years. Very easy. It's like, every abused kid, every bank robber, every serial killer..lives next door to somebody. But normality is easy to fake. It just is. Especially with practice. But, what I can promise you is that this story will have more lighter moments as it goes on. Things will balance out a bit more and, hopefully, you'll get some more enjoyment out of it. But it's a bunch of peaks and valleys, so if you feel that it's getting a little too hard to read, I've got some more lighthearted stories like "Jesse-101" or "Left Without Words" that might b more to your taste. K?
