Will and Zack make me edgy. Will seems to be holding on to a dream of what could be. Zack has always been selfish putting himself first and while he talks about how much he cares for Will, he never considers that having a lifetime commitment could outweigh a football career. Zack is so driven. Even if Zack does have a successful professional football career, when it comes to an end he will likely implode so many of the Hayes boys/men. He is not balanced enough to maintain a mature relationship. Will is becoming a grownup, at some point he must reevaluate this relationship.

Your pacing is excellent. If you know generally where you want to go, you can take any route to get there. Some writers plan every aspect of their stories , storyboard outlines so detailed that all that is needed fleshing out and wordsmithing; how ever , the best way, in my opinion , to tell a story is to allow the characters lead the way. Sometimes as the characters develop and interact , the interplay enhances the storyline beyond the mystery or the action itself. I am looking forward to reading the next chapters.

What about Brad?

Will and Stef back in the movie business with a chance to help close friends and screw old adversaries, it seems like a done deal! Will always asks the best questions because he wants to understand the intricacies of the process Stef considers when making investments. Stef is giving Will a master class investing. He has identified Will’s potential and he makes opportunities to be his mentor. Now it’s time to party! I can’t wait to see what happens next. So many things in play! Will is going to have a busy weekend! Great chapter!

At some point in the future Will may be an equal partner in the venture capital business with Stef and Brad or maybe eventually be in charge after Stef is gone. Just saying.

Thank you. My weekend gets better and better! I appreciate your commitment and your willingness to share your extraordinary skills. Your character development, historical research and knowledge alongside your wonderfully executed story arcs make you easily one of my favorite authors. Thank you for all the epic stories of Bridgemont and CAP.

Jake finally understands he has a family. Will managed to deal with Brad as an adult and break the cycle. Perhaps Brad will be forced to become an adult as well. John is going to have to be strong if he is to follow his dreams of touring with the band; Jack and Clair can be rigid and obstinate. What a lovely family dinner! Thanks for the drama.

Thank you for the Father’s Day treat! What a great chapter with George thriving in his element. His focus is shifting away from Russia to the journey home and the adventures ahead. I suspect the correspondence will reveal some challenges awaiting in England. I look forward to the next update. Have a great day!

Will is so smooth. He even has Brad and Jake believing the marriage counselor is their idea. He really does have JP’s good sense and intellectual capacity as well as Steph’s sense for sexual adventures and investment opportunities. This gap year is giving him the insight to become his best self. Another great chapter. Quite a delicious serving!

I love the series. The ending of this storyline was very satisfying, but as usual your followers want more! Thanks for the great read. I look forward to the next adventure.

And like magic George appears! Thanks for the gift. It seems going home is going to be difficult with changes in the navy, the government, and his own family. Still the adventure continues and George will no doubt make the best of it.

Will knows family is everything. It is support and stability and the ultimate source of strength. When Brad is falling apart, Will is quick to piece him back together by forcing a little bit self awareness. Brad rarely considers adjusting his viewpoint without serious confrontations and when he is wrong he often lashes out. Will, having been the brunt of many of these confrontations, is the perfect mediator. JP and Stef did their part and now it is up to Brad and Jake to salvage their relationship. Will has two parties and some Brad time ahead. Looks like here will be drama! Zach? Another great chapter. I am looking forward to what happens next. I also have been suffering from a mild case of Granger withdrawal so I’m rereading Northern Exposure while I patiently wait.

If only these people could learn to communicate with each other, but the family has a way of making it happen despite the emotional baggage. Maybe things will work out, as usual there is more happening than the obvious conflict. Twisty! Thanks for the quick update. Another great chapter!

Where’s the next chapter? What an attention grabber! As usual you keep the story interesting and the anticipation growing. Thanks for the gift. I love to see Will in action especially with Brad. Now we have the chance to see how much Will has matured. Great job!

I really look forward to your postings. This chapter was particularly gratifying; fleshing out CJ’s history has been illuminating and your foreshadowing is masterful! Great job!

I was looking for a good SF book and your review hooked me. Winter’s Orbit has lived up to my expectations. Thank you! Keep the reviews coming. -
Great story! I hate for it to end even though I do love the ending. I look forward to your next story.

I feel an undercurrent of a new element to Will’s adventure! I look forward to the next chapter!

Thanks for the holiday treat. Scrumptious as always.

Will is becoming a grownup, controlling his temper and taking charge. He really has the best traits of both his grandfathers and with maturity will likely be face of the future for the family.

I read this chapter on New Years Day and thought about how Granger had grown during the Bridgemont saga. With that in mind, I went back to The Gunroom to reread the beginning and naturally I got caught up in the story. So here I am on January tenth after binge reading your excellent series. I am so impressed with the depth of your characters. The way you have inserted your characters with historical figures to bring events to life is remarkable. I thank you again for the pleasure your writing has brought me over the years. Bridgemont and CAP are two of my favorite series and I have come to appreciate them even more during these times of isolation and social distancing. I look forward to each new chapter with anticipation. Thank you again for sharing your remarkable talent!

Rich has grown into a remarkable young man. Though he has had CJ as an example, he exhibits confidence and strength of conviction that is his own. I look forward to his adventures. Great job with character development as always. What an excellent way to begin the new year!
