Travis does have a lot to think about. Steph is a financial sage, but Will was right on in his assessment of Travis becoming an actor! I’m looking forward to the next chapter. When will we find out about Travis’ parentage? What will Curtis do when he discovers Travis’ involvement with the buyout? Great storytelling! Thanks for weekend update. I am missing George. I’ve been rereading the Bridgemont series from the beginning and I’ve made my way well into Northern Exposure.

Connor is natural leader. Including other shifters will definitely strengthen the pack. Shamus has every reason to be proud of Connor. What’s next? I look forward to the next chapter.

Let’s not get too comfortable, I feel like we are on the verge of something formidable! I really liked the reference to “As The World Turns ,“ it was a staple of my life growing up. Thanks for the nudge into the weekend. Another great chapter.

Will definitely overreacted, but he is above all a loyal person who always works to support his family and his friends. His feelings of betrayal overwhelmed his good judgement. All of this could have been avoided if Travis and Will would have shared their plans with each other and worked together. Ironically it is the same sort communication issue that Brad and Jake are working on in counseling. I’m looking forward to Rome and traveling with Steph. Curtis Buck is unhinged and is probably becoming even more dangerous. What a great chapter! Thanks.

Cliffhanger!!! What have you done? Great chapter, but a week is a long, long time to worry about Travis’ fate. Do Steph and Brad have control of Buck Industries ? Will seems ready for commitment . Thanks for the wonderful read and the anticipation for the next one!

What a great chapter! So much happened. I especially liked that George addressed the education not only of William, but the other children as well. Providing his daughters with a basic education will no doubt be extremely beneficial to their overall development. William is definitely very bright and takes after his father. The Catholic tenants are not being displaced thanks to Michael’s artistic talents. William stepped up to assure the boy he would look after him. There is so much to look forward to. I am hoping the next chapter will be appearing in a few weeks. Thanks for feeding my Bridgemont addiction!

JP did plan another criminal getaway! This time there was no battered campus cop or handcuffs involved and instead of a car and a plane we had the metro, the Eurostar and a yacht. Travis is safe and we seem to be honing is on his father’s identity! Great chapter! As always I look forward to the next one, but what about George? Anyway this is an exceptional start for the weekend. Thanks!

Connor is learning lots and shows an aptitude for ranching and being a wolf! What or who did he smell underneath the scent of the jaguar? Great chapter! I’m happy to read them whenever they come! Thanks.

I’m always pleased when e new chapter is released and I am so looking w the next one. I would love to get chapters more often; however, I think that should be balanced. Ideally a completed story an be released as the author desires. Stories in progress should be released at a pace that reflects the author’s comfort level. Without a buffer sometimes a new chapter will take a month or more in which time the readers lose the details of the story and have to reread all or part of the story to recapture the momentum. Whatever pattern that you decide, choose one that can be maintained till the end of the story. I would like you to continue with weekly releases with occasional bonus releases if you feel that your writing pace allows it. Thanks for another great chapter. There is lots going on and I look forward to reading the next chapter!

I am loving the tour. We visited Alhambra and Gibraltar in 2016 followed by Casablanca and Lisbon. I have some pictures taken from the lookout on the Rock of the traffic jam created to allow a plane to depart. Will and JP make a good pair for adventuring. I hope all goes well for Travis, seems like he will be cutting it close. Will and company to the rescue? Great chapter! Labor Day weekend is off to an awesome start! Thanks.

I am so pleased that you are posting a new story. I have read your posted stories several times and enjoyed them immensely. Before I begin part III, I will reread parts I and II. Thanks for sharing your stories.

I read this story as it was posted originally and I truly loved it. I was about to start part III, but as I read the introduction I realized that I would enjoy it more if I began with the beginning and read through. I am so pleased that you have begun posting again. All of your stories are delightful and I have enjoyed reading them more than once. Thank you for your exceptional talent that you have graciously shared with us!

Brad and Jake are married! Legal in the US! What a nice surprise. Will spent time at the foundation and got a handle on the difference between business investments and charitable funding. Will gets a text from Travis and is accosted by a stranger. Will is not fooled by Curtis’ flunky. Dinner is special. Jack makes an appearance and everyone is pleased. Brads announcement is the icing on the cake! What a feel good chapter to start the weekend. Thanks!

What an interesting chapter! Miranda seems clueless to the situation, but she does admit that Travis is not Curtis’ biological son. Steph thinks there is something about Travis that reminds him of someone. Miranda thinks Travis has a plan beyond just disappearing until his birthday. She is aware of the relationship between Will and her son. Will and JP are off on a Grand Tour, but Will is too restless to wait for JP and plans to see JJ in New York. Is that a good idea considering Curtis is desperate and blames Will for Travis going into hiding? So many things are in play! Who is the father? Where is Travis? Does Travis have plans Will doesn’t know about? Is Will safe? I’m looking forward to the next chapter to find out some of the answers and no doubt a few more questions. Great read! It’s a great beginning for the weekend. Thanks.

I think they might have a stowaway! Good cliffhanger no matter what.

Caroline has backed herself into a corner, if she is to recover her social standing she must realize the harm she has done herself and work to repair the damage. Such an effort would take years ,and as yet she hasn’t even recognized the depth of her betrayal. The Russian rewards for Daventry and Granger were great. How many houses does a man need? There are sons that will need households in time and a daughter who will need a dowery. Davina never is without a motive, what does she want? George hopes he will be back at sea before next season. How many Earls or Privy Council members are frigate captains? Great chapter with lots to think about. Thanks!

I’m not happy with the choice Travis made. He has really severed his ties. Hopefully he will contact Will if he needs help! I think a trip to Spain with JP is exactly what Will needs to keep obsessing about Travis. A great chapter!

Wow! Everything I hoped for and more! Thanks for the wonderful start for the weekend.

Is going into hiding a good idea for Travis? Wouldn’t it be safer with Will and his family? Surely JP, Steph, Jake and Brad could find a way for Will and Travis to be safe and together. Marie and Will are going to Boston. That seems like a good idea for both of them. The party was a success! Even Claire benefited. Great chapter! I hope Will and Travis find a way that works for keeping Travis safe. I’m beginning to think Travis could be Curtis’ half brother. That would be interesting! Thanks for the weekend boost! I’m wondering if George and Daventry might be meeting with the king soon. No pressure.

Great story! I love the way the chapters shift point of view. The characters are developing quickly into people that I care about. I look forward to the next episode.

I liked Brad’s advice about Harvard. I liked that Claire had fun sex. I liked the party vibe. All is well except for Travis’s problems. His portfolio is crap; his life is in danger; he has few people he can trust. He must find a way to make his trust inaccessible to Curtis for his own safety. Luckily he has Will and Will’s family in his corner. Now the big one, who is Travis’s father? His mother is all about money, who would she hookup with? Was it an affair or a one night stand? I would guess it was a revenge fuck with one of Curtis’s business rivals or a personal enemy. Thanks Mark for keeping it interesting! Great ending, can’t wait for the reveal!

Finally we hear something about the plane! Naturally nothing is definitive! I believe that Travis is in danger. His trust is a mystery and it does seem his grandfather must have had a reason to treat him differently than his siblings. Is the reason enough that Curtis Buck would want Travis dead? How can Travis find out? Will and Marie are spectacular! I think Claire could use a few more sexual encounters before she sleeps with Jack. I can help but think Junior League sex was what caused Jack to stray in the first place. Another great chapter that has me wanting more! What a great way to celebrate the weekend. Thanks!

Will is always about family. Marie is growing to be like that as well. She has matured a lot since her crisis, but she, like her mother, can still be self absorbed. I think she has been pushed out of her comfort zone by the destabilization within her family. She wants to help her parents return to their previous relationship. Will has indicated that Claire needs grow if she is to move forward with or without Jack. Perhaps if Marie listens to Will she will actually have a positive effect on Claire. Will might consider changing his plans for Harvard if he sees it benefiting his family and his foundation obligations, but on the other hand, Will is mobile. He could easily commute to satisfy those obligations as well as any emergencies. Will can obviously do his schoolwork on the plane. JJ is in New York, Steph has ties to Mode, Brad has ties to Triton, JP and Steph are planning to do more traveling, Wade and Matt, the children, and Tiffany are in Boston. Family is not just Sunday dinner at Escorial. I’m with Will no matter what he decides. Great chapter! Here’s to a great spa day and multiple orgasms for Claire. She could use a lot of casual sex. In the long run having more experience will make getting back to Jack a more viable option or help her move on to a better relationship.

George is back! The cabinet meeting was interesting. Between George and Daventry they got their story out and quashed the dissenters. Advancement of peerage? That seems promising. Will that ease the family tensions? Not likely, I imagine. I am so looking forward to the next chapter! Thanks for making my day.

I think Will is very self aware and has enough experience to know committed long distance relationships are difficult. His discussion with Travis is an attempt to find a way to make their separation bearable and to avoid guilt for both of them. Will has watched what happens when exclusive relationships are breached. There might come a time when Will is ready to be monogamous but probably not as a college student; maybe later when he starts a family of his own, he will consider that. I think it is more likely that he will model life with his partner after JP and Steph. I know that Will would like Marie to be with him at Harvard because he likes the idea of family, but for now Boston has Maddy and Reilly and Bobby in addition to Wade, Matt, and Tiffany. Part of college is pulling away from the familiar and developing a broader perspective. That is one of major reasons for a gap year. Brad attended Yale to get away from the Bay Area ,and by attending Harvard ,Will has chosen to follow in his footsteps. Barring a family emergency, I don’t see that Will would alter the plans his discussed with JP. What I wonder is why Marie would change her plans?
