Marty would be a buffer between Liam and Alek. Marty doesn't strike me a person who would be overly forgiving of a person who hurt his friend. I don't think Alek asked Liam to be his guy on the side. He loves Liam, in spite of the fact that he does have a girlfriend. It may not be fair to the girlfriend, or Liam for Alek to tell Liam he still loves him, but I think he realizes Liam would never agree to be anyone's 'side piece'. Haha I do love the pot-stirring you've been doing. For me, the Alek questions isn't black and white. He's in a tough spot, so having someone in his corner is nice. Even if it doesn't end up working out with him and Liam, he deserves some happiness too. Let's not forget that Liam entered a relationship with him knowing exactly what he was getting into. It doesn't excuse some of the decisions Alek made, but he didn't exactly drag Liam into the closet with him, Liam walked in willingly, at least for a while. The paramedics I know are pretty cute, and usually have a lot of lean muscle, not bulk, and that's how I picture Nathan. He's defined, but not at all bulky. Chapter 3 Liam was bored. This was his second full day in the hospital, and it looked like he was going to be here for a while longer. He’d finally spoken to Bryce. His friend made the forty minute drive from Belleville as soon as he could get away from work, and had chastised him for not calling sooner. They’d enjoyed a great visit, but now he was alone again. It’s not that he minded his own company, but when he was home, he had his favorite books to read, home projects to work on, and

I think it's admirable that Isla did what she had to to fully understand and accept her sons. It isn't easy to break away from beliefs and ideals that you were raised with, but she did it for love of her sons, just like she left a husband who couldn't accept them. I also admire Kristin for standing with her brothers in the face of their father's derision. Tor is a smart man. He seems to instinctually know when Kirstin wants his support, and when she needs to fight his own battles. It's a hard lesson some men I know haven't figured out yet As always, it was wonderful reading about Chris again. and jacob too. I'm still looking forward to the twins dance, and the boyfriends' reaction

This was an incredibly satisfying chapter, information-wise. I was drawn into the story of the wolves' escape from salvery and their exodus to the new world. It does bring up more questions though, such as: why is Kellar named Kellar? Did his parents know of the legend? Did a seer have a vision or prophecy about him? Of course, I'm dying to know how Logan is faring. I also want to know if Kellar can help Bill. I have some thoughts about Bill, but I don't really want to say anything yet. . I also want to know what the Vega think of Tobyn's proposal. I suspect the lure of earth mates, and the possibility of fighting the malaise will be an incredible lure. Add the idea that Kellar is likely seen as a saviour to many wolves, and I can see them following where he leads them. Now hurry up Monday!

Being in pain and/or needing to talk or even vent, are not self pity. Those who care want to be there... need to be there, even it its hard to let them in.

Moving on and taking a chance with your heart can never be an easy decision. As always you put that struggle into focus with your words.
