    Chapter 4

Thank you for clarifying the Toronto/Ontario question, droughtquake. As I said in my response to blueeyes, I forget sometimes that is not common knowledge. The sinkhole comment made me giggle. Thank you for that You're right, finding nice available men isn't easy. Thank you for your review and your support

    Chapter 4

Nathan has been attentive, but so far seems like a nice guy I don't know if I would say Liam had been abused by Alek. He was well aware of Alek's conditions for a relationship when things started. He just got to the point that it was no longer enough, and left. It happens. Thank you for your review and your support, CG

    Chapter 4

I apologize for the confusion, Blueeyes. Toronto is the capital of Ontario, and the biggest city in Canada. Sometimes I forget that might not be common knowledge.

    Chapter 4

I've been a little surprised by the vehemence of the reaction to Alek as well. It can be a tough decision to come out to a family you are pretty positive will disown you. Now if he does kidnap Liam I think jay and Bucket will be leading the pitchfork brigade Thank you for your review and your support, Puppi

Alek has been pretty tenacious, but to be fair, they've been out of contact for months. Thank you for your review and your support, Caz

    Dogs

"Dogs are love - simplified" That they are. They love with such single-minded devotion. I still miss our Princess even after a year.
  13. I think things are progressing very well with the Vega pack. It's expected that there will be some resistance to moving. How could there not be? This is the only home they've ever known and they'd be going to the unknown. The only saving grace is that they can look forward to their wolf senses improving. That could be quite a lure, even to those who don't have an earth mate (yet). I always love the quiet conversations between Kellar and Tobyn. They read each other so well that they can't keep things from each other, especially if it's something that's bothering them. I get why Kellar feels the way he does about the legend. It would be daunting, especially for someone so humble, to even consider that he could be the saviour of his kind. I agree with Tobyn that it's more likely he's a descendant. Maybe being a descendent might actually give him a way to find information about his parents? Surely someone knew them?
  14. You've conveyed beautifully, how a writer gives pieces of themselves in everything they write... how writers want to share what we see in our heads with those around us... those we care about. Beautifully written, my friend. (Sorry for the late review. I had written a review the day it posted and must have closed my browser before I actually added my review )

    Chapter 4

I agree with you that Liam needs time to let his body heal so he can make choices based on his actual wants and needs, and not decisions rising from loneliness. Luckily, he does have some great friends he can talk to, and lean on. Thank you for your review and your support, Parker

    Chapter 4

I don't think Liam can be accused of being a doormat. He did break up with Alek several months ago and has stuck to his guns Thank you for your review and your support, jaysalmn.

    Chapter 4

Chapter 4 The buzzing of the phone, signaling an incoming message, made Liam smile. It was Nathan responding to his last text. They’d been messaging each other off and on since Marty brought him home. “I guess that smile means you heard from Nathan again?” Marty’s teasing voice startled him. “Jesus, Marty. Don’t sneak up on me like that.” “Puh-lease. You’re sitting on a couch with your feet up.” His best friend set a glass of juice and a couple of pills on the coffee table beside

    Chapter 3

lol I guess you'll have to tune in on Thursday to find out Thank you for your review and your support, Lisa
  20. First of all, it's great to have the guy back again. I know Patrick is uncomfortable with too much attention, but I think he is going to treasure reliving memories with his mother's friends. She seemed to be a wonderful and well respected woman. I'm relieved that Michael's tests are more positive than anticipated. He's such a sweet boy that I hate to think of him suffering in any way. Peter's breakdown made me teary. His fears are very real and very scary when you're a parent of a child facing a health crisis. I think Patrick feels those same fears now, but he was strong when his partner needed him to be. They compliment each other very well, By the way... these two have a wonderful way of distracting each other

My favourite was Friday. I think because I love hearing about you and Michael. Those tales always make me smile Although for different reasons, I don't like Sundays either.
  22. Great interview, tim! We'll all have to stop in to try some of that famous shepherd's pie some day. I agree, After the Past is one of your best stories, but I'm also a huge fan of James and Farris. Tim has also done a wonderful job in his delving into fairy tales, which was a wonderful and fun read. I have read the first part of The Pledge, and enjoyed it, but I missed the second half. I promise to search for it and leave a review very soon.
  23. I'm so relieved that Logan is going to be okay. The Vega pack has a very tough decision ahead of them now though. They haven't seen what earth mates can do with their own eyes, so relying on Kellar and Tobyn's word (especially for those who aren't leaving to be with their mates) isn't going to make leaving the only home they've known an easy decision. Then again maybe some of them will see this as the modern day version of an exodus? I have to admit, I'm pretty excited for Tilly to meet Logan, now that he's on the mend. She's going to be kinda ticked that they didn't tell her about Tobyn when she might have been able to help with his recovery
  24. There are so many memories tied up with places. Unfortunately, we had to move a few times to different cites (work) so I'm not tied to homes in that way. Our memories are tied to a cottage. There are so many memories, both happy and sad, that I couldn't imagine ever giving it up.

    Chapter 3

lol so you're assuming Alek was actually there and not a figment of Liam's conflicted mind? Thank you for your review and your support, B. I will make sure the Kingston police are well aware of your concerns.
