I just spent hours laying out my new flooring planks to find the best pattern. It was worth it, though, because I am pleased with what I figured out. I took a photo before I picked it all back up again. I'll start tomorrow because doing all that fussing wore me out.

My son brought the grandkids today so they could wish me a happy Birthday. I cooked them pizza, and we had a great time. The house is so quiet now, but it was full of life earlier.

Oh, jeez, dugh. That sounds awful. I hope it is something fixable. I know thyroid can cause eye problems, so hopefully it is the issue. I take medication for mine. Do what you need to and don't overtax them.
