Oy vey is right. I have found it a couple of times, but life has thrown roadblocks in the way, and really tested me. It's great to have the memories, but it isn't enough.
That's exactly it. I know some think two good looking men shouldn't have trouble finding love, but there are no free rides when it comes to that. Chet and Arron attracted the wrong kind of men, and that's a pitfall I know something about. The journey can wind and there are cliffs and raging rivers to navigate... but no matter how long it takes, the journey is worth it when you find the one who makes you whole.
I try. I just realized the chapter note I left at the end of this chapter makes it seem like the story ends with this one, but there is still another chapter to go. I really should change that.
I hope you like the final chapter as much as this one. Chet and Arron will forever be special to me. Cheers and thanks, buddy. Gary....
Such a wonderful thing to say. It means a lot you would take the time to share these thoughts. I am, and always will be, a romantic. There is a lot I would change about this story with regard to my writing skills at that time, but I would never change the heart of Song and Dance.
And yes, hearts have strings, and when we give someone control of them, we are living.
Me too. I remember being so happy for these men when I wrote this story, and it was a time there was turmoil in my own life, so this was a gift for me as much as anyone. Cheers!
Hey, B. It's tough when older folks feel they are losing all control. It's something most of us will face as decisions become not our own. You guys need to hang in there and do what's needed, whether he's grumpy or not.
Expect some rain today. Not as warm but not cold.
He is a cowboy too, doing competitions just about every weekend, but no... just a friend.
Hey, sweet Tink. I believe in fairies.
I just moved my work tables and tools and swept up sawdust to get ready, so I'm good. Going to eat some raspberries and blueberries for breakfast now.
I spent the day repairing a pine floor after taking out a built in wall unit. It's all done with two coats of polyurethane... one more coat at about nine or ten and I'm done for the day.
