  1. From your dad Beelzebub.
  2. I had sliced grilled beef, cauliflower and broccoli sprinkled with shredded old cheddar cheese, and sliced beets and bread and butter pickles. It was delicious.
  3. Hey, B. Personalized stuff is the best. I still have all the cards my kids made me growing up. Some of them are real works of art... and some bring tears....
  4. Hey, Nick! I'm free at last too... I've stop working for the day. Got my TV wall mount back up on its new wall (all the math for placement wore my brain out), and my fireplace frame is all square and level and attached to the wall. Should replace an electrical outlet, but I'll leave it for tomorrow. I'm kind of hungry too.
  5. Be careful, and take it easy.
  6. Happy Sunday, all!
  7. Happy Saturday and Sunday, all!
  8. Hey, B. Supposed to be warm and sunny here too.
  9. Looks delicious!
  10. That was my thought, but who knows? Could be a revelation.
  11. Happy Friday, all!
  12. Nighty nite, brother B.
  13. It's Bilbo, right?
  14. With a stool. Hey, Nicky boy.
  15. Tomato based? Never had that. Interesting.
  16. As a Canadian I feel the need to give respect to my home province... New Brunswick (or Maritime) clam chowder. Us east coasters are a bunch of chowderheads.
  17. Thanks for the mentions @northie and @lucretiaseeks I used to love western omelets, but found out in my thirties I was allergic to eggs. Used to eat them over medium as well, which means that only the very middle of the yolk could be soft. Favorite story on GA? So many good ones, but I'd have to say the three "Working It Out" books by @Don H. I will give an honorable mention to "A Thousand Nights with You" by @kevinchn, even though it remains unfinished. It's a unique and superbly written story. Lost myself in the many worlds of @Cia for a time... so her stories are right up there for me. What brought me here? I first came as a lurker, seeking out gay stories with a plot. I found them, and eventually took the leap into the writer pool. I believe I used Google to search. My life as a book? "Survival" would work, I suppose. "Sticking the Ride" might be a better one... because... you know... I have written some westerns, and horses have been a big part of my life, so there's that. Oh... "When I Fall Off, I Climb Back On" would be another one to consider. Soup query? Italian beef and bean for sure, one of my own recipes. Also creamy cauliflower and cheddar, French onion, and my mom's split pea and ham. @astone2292
  18. Happy Thursday, all!
