Take it easy today, tim. I’m thinking good thoughts for you.
Now, I’m going to drink coffee number one, and hopefully, I’ll stop squinting at my tablet.
Good morning, rick. Glad to hear all is content in your world.
As for me, my brain decided to wake me at stupid o’clock, so after downing two coffees, I decided it was a good time to clean the bathroom. Vacuuming was out, because waking the neighbours wouldn’t have been very neighbourly...
I can see that traffic chaos in my mind’s eye as I have been up that way. Have to say, Im sure glad I wasn’t the one doing the driving. I don’t know when it’s going to end, but I hope the vivid journeys you painted with your words get better (somewhat at least) sooner rather than later,
PS: I still get turned around in Union Station if I go out the wrong door and can’t figure out where I am and that construction has been going on since before 2014.
Love the pink pony and the snapdragon. Hardy and enduring little souls.
The forum is a lot of fun because one gets to say so much more - especially in the moment - then attempting to express everything in a chapter comment. Did you notice my lack of coffee did not slow down my commenting as I had thought it would? Perhaps, I was magicked?
Edit: There are so many things I appreciate in how you choose to write a certain situation/feeling/statement. The forum is a place where my appreciation can be expressed. I like that very much.
I love your never say die attitude, droughtquake, but I think you’re just going to have to settle for knowing Stravor and Keter will be settling down to a quiet HEA as they run the inn together.
Course, I wouldn’t be surprised if Stravor had cause to knock a couple of heads together on more than one occasion due to the over imbibing of a traveler or two.
It was freezing here today and the rain made it even worse. I’ll take some of your heat in trade for some of my cold. Then maybe, we’ll both have decent weather.
