Niagara Falls' iron scow moves for first time in 101 years https://mol.im/a/7643843 I had never heard or seen anything about this ship.

what tim said PS: I have a surface tear in my right shoulder muscle - big name which included bicep is all I remember - hence my online presence is going to be limited for lots of weeks. Finger pecking is hard....

That was my thought as well. You just don't know how to sit still, do you Kitt?

After the Past - a vignette
Reader1810 commented on Mikiesboy's story chapter in After the Past - a vignette
I remember the puppies! Nice to see Terry and Dave happy and doing well it would seem. Thanks for bringing them back, tim. -
Unfortunately, that would be no. Will try for an appt with my gp for tomorrow

Oh Missed that.

Just noticed, the thumb’s up emoji has been changed to a check mark. Weird...

It was a small drugstore (it was the closest) I went to, so this is the only version of icyhot they had, I may go out and check the larger drugstore today. Thanks, rick.

@Mikiesboy I tried Voltaren for my shoulder pain - which I got from lifting heavy boxes, so I’d say I strained my muscles - but a dose of the cream 1q12h wasn’t helping, so I got this today. https://www.icyhot.ca/patches-creams-roll-on-and-spray/extra-strength-cream/ Unlike Voltaren, which is long acting, you can use icyhot 1q6h for short acting pain relief. After using it twice, I saw a huge improvement in my pain. Just did a third dose leading up to bedtime. Fingers crossed, I can finally get a good night’s sleep.

Stay safe, my friend.

Good afternoon, Mac. Only one stubborn ache remains, and with the sun shining brightly, I’m putting this day in the win column. I hope your day is going well.
-
Didn’t have my mittens with me, unfortunately. Time to keep a pair in my jacket pocket.
-
I bought more Voltaren, but it’s only working so-so because the outdated one allowed the ache to make inroads when it normally wouldn’t. I’m no nowhere near a Costco, so went to SDM at the Sheppard Centre for Tylenol, and at least there, I can use my PC points, so I am getting a discount. Sort of... My hands are better, but I’m not going to push it, so I won’t be online much.

Good morning everyone... Major muscle aches the past couple of days, and sadly, I didn’t notice the expiration date on my Voltaren came and went months ago. Right now, I wish I could trade myself in for a newer model like one does with a car... *sigh*

Just heard about this on the radio, so went searching for an article that explains it all. It’s pretty awesome, imo. There are videos online, too. https://www.boredpanda.com/border-collies-summer-olivia-das-seeds-francisca-torres-forest-fire-chile/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic

Going to read for a bit. See you laterz....

Good evening, rick. I was feeling funky all day and thought I’d caught a bug. Happily, I’m feeling normal now, so whatever the funk was it seems to have passed. Have a nice evening everyone...

You can do it, molly!

I’ve been cold since waiting on the train platform earlier today on my way back to Toronto (I had forgotten how windy it could get on the open air platform) so been indoors since then and am having hot chocolate right now. A walk outside is a no no in my book right now. I hope it was nice for you and Mike, though.

Good night tim...sweet dreamz tonight and always xoxo

Good night molly... happy dreams

Poor Mike, I hope he feels better soon. As for voting early? I always wait until the day off because my polling station is right in my building - makes it super convenient.

Exactly!
