    Just seeing these dates has me thinking the changes in life Pablo (and others of his age) must have seen and experienced in his lifetime. Quite remarkable when one thinks about it. Okay, that’s my “ponder” for the day. Hope it’s a great one for you all!

    This is very impactful. Silas is noted to be different, but he is not seen as less than his “different” as his companions. This says a lot, and I’m still absorbing what these not so simple have stated, though “stated” isn’t quite the word I am looking for… Also, I never got close to guessing the true reason the crew vanished/abandoned ship. I actually appreciated that as learning the truth behind their disappearances was somehow more satisfying than “getting it right”. This story is good, tim, very, very good. 👍🏻👍🏻

    It’s four hundred years in the future for James, but unlike many “futures” this one seems as if the past has made a come back of sorts. I really like nature being so much in the forefront rather than space-age living being the rule.

    I’ve barely started reading, but I’m finding It reasonable to trust SILAS (all caps is deliberate as an appropriate correlation) because with these types (an assumption on my part at this point, of course) my first thought goes to: HAL and Dave. 🤷🏻‍♀️ PS: I’m liking the easy flow of the words as I’m reading them. Now, back to the story as I feel I am properly hooked! 👍👍 Great start, tim, and I am looking forward seeing where this story goes from here. 😊

    My brother’s town in MA is under a red bar air quality alert. It seems the smoke is causing issues in quite a lot of places.

    Back home since Friday late afternoon. Power did go back on in less than a day, though a “helpful “ soul was telling people when we went into the tiny nearby town, the power would be out for another one to two weeks. 🙄

    @Mikiesboy It can’t do much, I know, but I am saddened and pissed on your behalf you have to deal with all this crap. Hopefully, the dentist et al get their act together and fix your dental issues properly once and for all. xoxo
