    hello A hope the studying goes well i stayed in bed for a while today, woke with a horrible headache leaving now with Phil & Number Two for a bit of errand running

    i get these regularly, if they last longer than 3 or 4 days, i start to worry that my depression is making a return appearance what do i do? i hope that Phil has noticed. no really. when i was in therapy, He worked with my therapist on recognizing the symptoms of an oncoming depression. i also make sure that i'm getting enough sleep, i try to keep the blinds open to get sunshine into the house, and i talk to Phil. let Him know that i'm feeling right. i also talk to friends, y'all here and those in my physical world

    tim, this is beautiful! i think this reads like a person walking in the forest, contemplating life i noticed also, that the animals are in family groups, the crow and the nestling, the doe and her fawn, the swan and it's mate. i love the peace in this, the quiet, the dappled sun, that meadow is someplace i'd like to be thank you so much for the notes on your process, it's like watching all the EXTRAS on the DVD of a movie you've really enjoyed xo
