    sharing your work here is a wonderful idea! i hope that you'll include some notes on your process poetry is a very individual kind of art, from the words the poet chooses to the images it evokes in the reader Tanka #2 has painted a marvelous picture in my head: there's a boy, not too young, 10-ish but not more than 15, standing in a yard, park like expanse snowing but not storming dark mittened hands held in front of him snowflakes standing out in relief and you can see that one has started to melt, right next to it's brother thank you for sharing these

    this is so good Sir that the hawk is "Brandishing freedom" it sounds very much like a taunt while you are "mired in gridlock" full of emotion, Sir i really like it!

    Moral of the story this made me laugh! it's true though, it might be harder to not be one, than to be one, but still Another side note, all of you here have been so... damnably nice. Jesus. Like for real, it makes me wanna cry, because I cannot believe that even a few people have said something kind. Keep on doing you, you guys. I wish you all the best. there are quite a few really good people here, i'm glad that you have discovered that If you never say anything, nobody can help. You might feel like you're causing drama, or anxiety, but unless you yell as loud as you can no one will pay attention. this is so true, people can't read your mind, if you don't let someone know there's a problem, it's not ever going to get fixed
