    meal prep, mostly i portion out the proteins into vacuum seal bags with marinades and use the chopper Phil got for me to do onions and such. those go into glass refrigerator dishes. that way all i have to do is have the crock pot clean and it's dump and go.

    speaking of mental health, i came home in a not so good head space. Phil took one look at me and said, keep your shoes on. so dinner tonight is burgers and fries out. sometimes, that's what it takes. have a good night!

    Sunday is my slow day. Phil goes to His golf coach and i have coffee and toast while watching videos. i'll start the laundry and hang out until He gets home. sometimes He'll bring lunch. then it's just laundry and resetting the house for the week. we're under flash flood warnings again. not something this area needs. take care everyone.
