    We/i try to get all the running around errands done first thing Saturday. then Sunday morning is for groceries, meal prep, & blitz cleaning the main living spaces

    happy Saturday! the sun is out, and everything looks brighter today. getting through the to-do list: farmers market ✅ pet store ✅ pick up new eye glasses ✅ finish ordering groceries (almost done 👍)

    from my conversation with my therapist let's reframe Sunday night from "Ugghh gotta go to work tomorrow." to "i get to go to work tomorrow. i have a job." yeah, i know i'm working on it too. have a good night everyone

    dropping by to say hello 👋 did some meal prep, (chopping vegetables for snacking & meals, cooked up some breakfast sausage & ground beef,) prepped my breakfasts, & got dinner in the crockpot for tonight. it feels good to be in this place again. hope you are doing well too

    hello Michael Sir, hi friends sorry i've been absent, not sure why i'm apologizing, Phil says it's unnecessary life has been really crazy, i've not been happy about a lot of it, so i've been doing some work on me i think i've found the sweet spot that works for me now so i'm trying to get back to the things that make me happy, like this place @Mikiesboy i did see about your work, and i too am proud of you hugs to all
