    dropping by to say hello 👋 did some meal prep, (chopping vegetables for snacking & meals, cooked up some breakfast sausage & ground beef,) prepped my breakfasts, & got dinner in the crockpot for tonight. it feels good to be in this place again. hope you are doing well too

    hello Michael Sir, hi friends sorry i've been absent, not sure why i'm apologizing, Phil says it's unnecessary life has been really crazy, i've not been happy about a lot of it, so i've been doing some work on me i think i've found the sweet spot that works for me now so i'm trying to get back to the things that make me happy, like this place @Mikiesboy i did see about your work, and i too am proud of you hugs to all

    thank You Sir yes, i talked with Him. i was having trouble putting my feelings into words and He suggested i try writing what i was feeling, that it might be easier to find the words. He's letting me work it out, but He's never far away. thank You for reading and for Your support
