    Story

Your stories are totally underrated! I love your wicked sense of parody, the way you make your characters meet all the chichés. The rest of your stories are on my To Read -list. Thanks for sharing.

    Going In

Laughed my ass off! Thaks for this brilliant, little piece. It's totally underrated, I think.
  3. Thank you for a lovely piece of fiction! I just love all the details that add realism and give more flesh to the characters: acorn cereal, knee ligament injury (poor Michael!), and of course ice hockey with all tiny things like woollen socks and harsh game. I hope the boys will make it with no extra damage, they're hurt enough already. Being stubborn and afraid of rejection and not being loved back must be something universal, not depending on age, race, sex or position...

    Epilogue

This story was a great read, thank you so much for sharing. I didn't read as much as a "gay story" as a story of two men growing into a wonderful relationship where they find balance between each other and Rob's kids. There were some really mushy parts but luckily enough tension and Jake's demons to make it realistic and enjoyable. Now I'm off to read Jake's Side.

    Chapter 48

This story is a good example of brialliant narration. <3 Especially loved all those tiny details that made little things important, concerning as well Jeff's emotional swings as scenes of their everyday life. "Showing, not telling" -- that's what makes the story realistic and enjoyable. The main characters were very well developed, and the others (Raf, Kenny, neighbours, Sharon etc.) seem always to be there for some reason and interaction. Being from North Europe, I also enjoyed getting so much information of rural life in North Carolina. And gardening, food and motorcycles are always a treat. ;D I hope you'll continue this story one day but know how difficult it is to get back to something that's been abandoned for years... Still can't wait to see know if they're going to get chickens or not!
