    It was a good food weekend - fish and asparagus (in season and so cheap ) for dinner, Dad wanted Thai Green Curry for his birthday lunch ( my sister and I thought the curry paste was too hot and not tasty enough but Dad was happy) we finished lunch with sticky date pudding. I got a few goodies from the farmers market on the way back home and I have some leftover sticky date pudding for tomorrow

    Hey Terry The weekend was a bit quiet. I was planning on visiting Dad for his birthday but Covid got in the way so it was just a chilling weekend. And I am keeping fingers crossed for next weekend. How about you?
