    Reading is good I'm trying to work my way through books that I have bought but not read yet. This might end up being a repeat New Years Resolution for 2024 I did a similar sort of NYR a few years back - no more cookbooks until I had cooked at least one recipe from each book. That was a fun adventure

    No quiet morning reading GA for me I thought my neighbour had bought a super powered whippersnipper edger thingy but I was wrong. This thing was loud, bluefish loud. I poked my head outside and some guys are slicing into the concrete footpath across the road. It sort of disrupts the pleasure of a morning cup of tea

    Are they the ones that oversaw the huge stockpiles of syrup only to find that thieves had been stealing the good stuff and replacing it with sugar water? The thieves would have got away with millions of dollars of stolen syrup but they got too greedy and just kept stealing it
