I just had super easy dinner that could be breakfast. A total cheat meal. I put pita bread into muffin trays, added a bit of pizza cheese blend to the base, then added an egg and chopped up chorizo, toppled it with a bit more cheese and popped it in the oven. Soooooo good and so easy and Val will love it, no peas, no fungus

My local (and favourite) Chinese restaurant is closed It has been in the district for 50 years and now it hopes to reopen in better times.

And everyone is very happy about it. The idiot used public transport to get around and should have just stayed put. A jail cell will be a very different experience to the 5 star hotel room he was supposed to stay in.

It was intense but we all survived My sister and I had a long chat after about options and planning and stuff. The OT seemed to be more interested in getting rid of Dad rather than find him a good place to be. She didn’t seem too happy when my sister and I started to suggest places closer to me.

It was pretty stressful but okay. Dad will be heading into transition care for up to 12 weeks. This gives us a bit of breathing space. Dad is a bit peeved that he doesn’t get a choice of venue but I think it is more important to get him the treatment he needs. To really sure what the future will bring but we are looking at modifications to his house as well as residential care options so we have all bases covered. Sorry to hear your Dad was in hospital but good that he out again

Same here... Yes it’s 3am and I should be asleep but the meeting with Dad is tomorrow (in only 7 hours) and no sleeping that well
