I had a good Saturday, the last of my slow trek back home... I watched the new Stars Wars movie, ate lunch at a great restaurant/cafe, bought handmade chocolates from the local confectioners (they have an old taffy maker), visited a nice glass art shop and got a small piece to take home, visited the regional art gallery that is painted pink. A good day A couple of hours driving tomorrow

It's Christmas Eve and the paella was a success Emperor Snapper and Exmouth Prawns were great. The knives here are dreadful, couldn’t cut anything so had to use the bread knife Followed up with pavlova and fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries I can’t wait for the yumminess of tomorrow
