OMG you mentioned the B-word There was an intense discussion on the use of bechamel on lasagne. Apparently it is French and therefore has no role on a classic Italian dish. Or it is tasty and adds a richness that can’t be surpassed. Sometimes it’s best to stay out of lunch time conversations
