My nephew and I cook something for the family each year. It started out simple when he was small and we have gotten more adventurous as he has gotten older. He sent a text asking to do paella this year. Should be fun

Not too bad... fatigued is probably the bast description. I had to do some shopping and collect Dad's Christmas present in 40C heat. Not fun and I bought way too much food bits for our little holiday. It’s only for 4 days and I shopped for 40
