    Open sandwiches for lunch - chicken schnitzel with tonkatsu sauce (mmmmmm one of my favourites) and then a dessert of pistachio butter banana and vanilla honey. Apparently it is very fancy

    @Page Scrawler you were dining on Grilled Cheese a couple of nights ago and I forgot to tell you I found a little book you might like Some of them sound delicious. There is even one with pickled beetroot - beetroot, goats cheese and chili jam. I know @Marty likes the landscape shots but the photography is great too. It's a book that makes you hungry
