    I did some reading and it affects a whole lot of meds. Something to do with absorption in the gut. Not good for the meds you take with food

    We take a lot of stuff for granted. Even small things like a bandaid on a finger highlights how much we use bits of our body all the time.

    I had a look at those track pants and they might need to be retired. The hole is substantial - outer thigh region so nothing should accidentally fall out or anything but only suitable as sleepwear. They are at the bottom of my washing basket so I will see how they go this wash
