    Very long day today... bit of an incident at work and after a 13 hour day I am exhausted My plans to catch up on paperwork went out the window I hope all our American friends are stuffed full of 4 July goodness and that the Canadian friends have begun to fell better after enjoying themselves a few days earlier.

    I have run out of weekend Given it was cold and wet, no great loss. However I did feel sorry for my nephew who was out camping in the crappy weather. And swimming in the freezing river His hands were blue for a couple of hours after the swim... my sister and I agreed that we were summer camping people
