Well thank the stars tat 2020 is now dead and buried!! I won't wish for things to go back to "normal"because "normal"has changed dramatically in the last 12 months or so. I do hope that we will learn from this and go forward in a more cautious and safe manner, remembering to think of others as well as ourselves. May all good things come to those that deserve them. I do hope that we will see some great stories on here this year. My favorites are anything by Mark Arbour or Quokka, but would love to see some new authors giving it a go. Unfortunately, I cannot write a story, but I do enjoy reading them. I would also like to see more premium stories this year. On that note, I hope you all have a very happy and prosperous 2021. -

See.......us Aussies can be as stupid or stubborn as you Americans!!! LOL Such pity that we are in the 21st century and there is still a stigma about gay people playing team sports........anywhere in the world!! It's not like we have a disease that you can catch by touching us!!! I guess that is why there is such a high amount of team playing athletes that are so pissed off all the time....they can't be themselves!! One day!!

I am just wondering if anyone else has remembered the chapter when we first met Alex.........to remind you...THEY ARE CASH POOR!!! All I can see happening is that poor Wade is going to get his heart broken and maybe his wallet lightened.

Just goes to show that with the proper equipment and proper support, along with being physically fit and having a modicum of talent, you can get somewhere. Another great chapter. Loving the story and characters. Gary

I wonder what the step father will do if Toby realises that he can charge back rent for the use of the house! What will happen to his relationship with his spineless mother and step siblings? AAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So many questions and scenarios going through my head now and my brain hurts!!! Damn you Quokka....post faster!!!!! LOL

Having been away from this site for a couple of years, I have finally come back!! Really enjoying reading your stories again, and the new additions. So from all the reading I have done, with the descriptions of the wonderful state of Western Australia, and by the author name you submit under, can I safely assume that you are a kiwi??? I agree Benji....in the states justice seems to work most of the time. Here in Australia, you are more likely to get a slap on the wrist, a good behaviour bond and a fine that you have unlimited time to pay....for anything short of murder. Even murderers get light sentences, like 10 years max or so. The saying that crime doesn't pay is not applicable down under!!

Another great chapter Quokka. I agree with Benji, that Anton should just get lost for a few weeks, away from the pressure. I also agree with Croyde....Anton needs to have Simon as a boyfriend and treat him as such, not as a hired hand on the yacht. He seems to need an emotional anchor, even though he is a very strong young man. You know I love all of your stories......keep them coming please.

LOL...you would probably be surprised at the number of roos that are killed in the country. I live in south east country NSW and every time I had to the main centre near me (Griffith) I see at least 20 roos killed by trucks on the side of the road. A lot of roos that are shot are only used for their pelts...unfortunately.

Yes Benji...some of us do eat roo meat. It is usually only served in restaurants, however, their are products such as roo steaks, sausages, etc available in supermarkets. I suppose you could compare it to Buffalo meat or moose steaks in the US

Typical lawyers and the Oh so wonderful Australian justice system! Caught on army territory whilst armed with an illegal weapon and carrying stolen property, and he gets off!!!! The poor man now has the right to sue the army for wrongful arrest and can have Mitch arrested for assault with a deadly weapon! So glad that we live in a world that recognises that the rights of the perpetrator outweighs the rights of the victim. Hope Angela and Tom will be OK now they have our hero around them again!
