Oh Please! I love to cook and -- you can make good rice --and-- you can make GREAT rice. Anyway, back to this great story! Mason is definitely an improvement over the last loser Adam was seeing! And I too think Ezra might make an appearance. Let's hope Artie has his BEST game ever !!!

Another great chapter. Andy's compassion for the both Artie and Dizzy speaks volumes of his own character. We'll just have to see if Dizzy's mother steps up to the plate and dumps this looser!! Or better yet - report his ass to the authorities! Me wonders what the wicked grandparents are up to???

Another good chapter. I'm hoping KY will get his head out of his ass and rekindle the friendships with all three. Hopefully Charlotte is correct and Ky will get over his bitterness. I disagree with Will about relationships being complex. Truth, honesty and open communications eliminate complexities. Thanks Aceinthehole for this marvelous adventure. -
Now that the "fire" has been lit Artie will be experiencing everything from a new perspective. I think Dizzy is exactly what Artie needs. Hopefully KY will understand ! I LOVE THIS STORY!!!

Great chapter. Another character with knowledge about Andy which Arti is yearning to learn. And yes, he definitely will need a wet suit. The Pacific is cold even in So. Cal.!

Kinda sorry that my comment has to follow that Wil character! I liked your previous shutdown of his arrogance. Nonetheless Ace I find it a great beginning to a terrific story. The grandparents are the epitome of religious zealots!!!

Wonderful story. I'm totally hooked! And yea, social media is being used more and more. But in my experiences employers, school, etc are looking at trends and not so much at isolated incidents. Nonetheless - we have created this window of ourselves so we must bare the consequences. Thank you Carlos for a great story. Cant wait for more of Chipper.

Danny seems to have been the victim of some bully or bullies at school. Let's hope the school and the head master adhere to a zero tolerance to fighting for ANY reason. With Danny's first reaction of wanting to run away - I suspect it has more to do with his home situation and not his orientation - but then again - maybe both. Again, a great chapter even though is was Friday the 13th !!!!!

I agree with all of these discussions. I live in America (arguably the richest country in the world) and we still have a HUGE homeless problem. A problem that rarely gets any mention in the daily news circuit. The post also brought tears to my eyes. Thank you Mancunian for crediting me with giving you the inspiration for this chapter. It was a great chapter as they all are. Looking forward to following the adventures in and around "The Boot". Thank you again!
