    Just to throw a few things in here: 1) don't worry about storage space at GA. We are on a dedicated server and have plenty of space. 2) As active as the forums are, believe it or not, it is only about 1/3 the visitors to GA. Most people do not come to the forums at all. People come here to read. sometimes they stay longer. sometimes they comment. most of the time, they just read. 3) The software replacement of eFiction that I'm currently designing will address a few of the issues mentioned in the posts above.

    I'm not sure how many of you use Bing as a search engine... but one thing they do every day is have a really cool hi-res picture. Today is Boldt Castle. This is in the Thousand Islands part of way upstate NY. It is a really beautiful area and I've been there a few times. http://www.bing.com/

    If you post on Nifty, please take the time to finish posting the story there. It is very irritating to the Nifty Archivist to have a few chapters of a story with the last posted chapter say "see me over at Gay Authors". That hurts our reputation. I, again, encourage people to post to Nifty. We recruit from there. That's where all the early Hosted authors came from.

    Pretty much all the early authors here at Gay Authors first start posting at Nifty. I encourage people to post to Nifty, if you don't have any issues with their terms of service. As a webmaster, I have some sympathy for the amount of work that it puts on the Nifty Archivist when writers are constantly putting up and taking down things.

    It is an excellent book. I still have a close friendship with a professor from school (he's retired now). We email almost daily. Meet up too infrequently for lunch and talk. Mostly because of my schedule. I would recommend "The Five People You Meet in Heaven" by the same author as well.
