The batter used for fish is usually a self raising flour, salt, water or soda water, it can also have beer added to the batter to become beer battered fish, the fish is best fried in palm oil or vegetable oil, the chips are always thicker than French fries, this is the English version, the problem with fish bought in London is its cooked and put in a Bain Marie for a while.

I think that Kim is either Kyle’s mother or Megan’s mother? If it’s the same father it could have been incest or a guy seeing both girls?? As there birth certificates have been changed and also Megan’s date of birth it makes things so much harder to trace the birth parents, and also harder to find out if there are any hereditary diseases that could be passed onto their children, a friend of mine was adopted when she was 8 years old, when she had her 3 daughters one of them carries the gene mutation of Duchenne's Muscular Dystrophy, which primarily occurs in boys and is carried by the mother, which her son had with progressive loss of the muscle function starting with the legs when they end up in a wheelchair and eventually die of it, very few boys with this condition live beyond their early 20’s, one family I met 2 of the 3 boys have DMD, it missed the middle son. It’s heartbreaking to watch these kids suffer from the condition, it’s also devastating for the family to see that happen to their child

Great chapter, I think that there was a reference to Matt being the CFO which means Chief Financial Officer, Matt has just graduated from university and to be a CFO of any company the person will need to have had more that 20 years experience by working his way up to that position, Matt will need to do years of more study and exams, gain all the relevant experience, starting as an accountant, more study, more exams, progress his career to Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Director, he has to be able to sit on the Senior Management Team, all of this before he can become a CFO, be able to liaise with everyone within the company and COO, CEO, Chairman and also the Board of Directors this is the path that my husband has taken to get where he is now, as he has been an acting CFO he can now apply for a job to become a Chief Financial Officer. Hopefully the outcome of the investigation into Mike will be ok.

Years ago I was a courier driver for a pathology company, I went to do a pick up from an elderly doctor I hadn’t seen in a while and asked her how she was, she said that her husband had expired, I felt like saying did you put another coin in the slot, but I didn’t, it was the first time that I had heard that expression when it came to someone dying.
