Loved the sketch of the three of them. Thought how lovely it would be as a children's book cover. Maybe that's what they need. Collaborate on a children's book. Paddy supplies the stories and Troy does the art. Children all over the world could be entertained and secretly shifter children would learn their history. Didn't Paddy even regret how many shifters didn't know at the story time campfire ! Loved the skyping bear conversation. Makes sense in this day and age. Thanks again

I love how things resolved with Gregg. I hope that Troy and Paddy can continue to mentor him. It kinda dawned on me that Noah has been doing the mentor thing with Troy and Paddy too. Nice touch. Loved this chapter. Gregg is a surprise and a delightful character. Don't think I've read about a"prey" shifter before. I would love to read a story about him growing up and finding his own mate. A hare and a wolf for example. How do you bring a hare into a predator pack? How does a mate protect you from their own wolf as well as pack? You have to worry about hunters too. Gregg better learn martial arts or something. I think Paddy and Troy will make great parents some day . Thanks again- Brian

Troy and Paddy are such a delicious contradiction. So much life experience, but so little social experience, especially when it concerns relationships. As boyfriends it's like looking at high schoolers. Not complaining, just facinating. It makes them more human. Is Noah related to another black bear that I read about in another story ( tree specialist, young mate , calls his bear Mato)?? I'm ok with the questions others are asking about what they should or shouldn't have regarding there bond as mates. I had to remind myself that they really haven't completed the mating process yet. Their somewhat clueless approach to dating/relationships doesn't help this process either. Off to the next chapter! Thanks again- Brian

Maybe "released" the young man, not realised. Just a guess. Great chapter. Noah, is a shifter too, if I'm not mistaken. I'm surprised that Paddy and Troy can't tell it. I like Noah. I feel some sympathy for Levi as he doesn't know about them being a couple, or even what a mate is. Paddy could have been a bit more compassionate in that conversation. I didn't mention this earlier, but I'm horrified by the way Troy's father was killed. That would traumatize me for life. Thank you again for a wonderful chapter. Thanks

Enjoying the story immensely. I have become a huge fan of the idea of a mate. The physical and emotional connection have become a beautiful turn on for me. After reading a lot of the stories in this genre, I've often wondered why the multiple forms of the characters were barely explored in sexual situations. Not so much as a lustful situation, but as a love situation. You love that person no matter if it's a human. Hybrid, or animal form. That person, that form , is special to you. In the were/Lycan community this should be a norm. Just my thoughts as a newbie. I like that although they know they're mates, they are still needing to get to know each other. Can they not visit each other's homes. Meet the other persons family and decide from there where to live. With just Troy's mom as family, couldn't she join him with the bears and be a part of this family ? Looking forward to the next chapter. Thanks again.

I'm really enjoying this story. I really like the main characters. They are interesting individuals, but when you put them together I'm incapable of looking away. The intro chapter was a great introduction to this love lost soul . The date was interesting . I wondered why he would cook a great meal and then just push it around on his plate and not eat. The sex scene, I admit left me awkwardly fulfilled, which is tricky sitting at a cafe with tons of people around. ?. Thanks! Off to the next chapter.

A beautiful story. I have a theory of who the unknown pov is and that they're in charge of the rogues that attacked the other settlement. That what he thinks he saw should be the other way around. So happy they got to mate. Although this is gonna make our antagonist bat shit crazy coo coo . ( even more than he is right now). Is the witch the reason why Rusty and his family are packless? Holy Crap! Holy Crap!! Holy Crap! I love Ellie so much right now. While I'm glad she showed up, I fear that Kenny isn't done yet. Didn't Kenny want Scott for sex stuff with his boss ? I had thought it might have been Kenny who talked to Graham on the boat and then followed Graham. How far will Scott go to make reparations to those he hurt ? He said he told them everything, but we know that he didn't tell them about being a predator and a victim. His video is out there. Has any of his victims seen it ?The police ? Thank you for a great opening for a great story. The intrigue between father/ mother ( and both boys) is intense. Who are these people, really! His " self infused " abnesia is just beginning to unlock and I dying to find out how deep it goes. I'm a little concerned about the brothers relationship. No matter how it is with parents, I would expect that the boys would be beside themselves as to the condition and location of the other. I would be a wreck not knowing the other was ok. I want more and am on my way to the next chapter. Thanks

This is a good start for him. It's a shame that that self discovery is often preceded by destructive behaviors and or ambivalence. We all go there sometime, at different levels, try to correct or change where we are, only to end up back there again one day.

Such a complex story. My opinions and emotions are all over the place. It's hard for me to give you a proper critique because because of this ever looping band of emotions. I want him to find redemption. I need his victims to find justic redemption, And I need Ted and the room mate to have justice brought down on them regardless of the situation. Two wrongs don't make a right. Committing a crime to avenge a crime is still a crime. Powerful story. Thank you

The story is very thick with intrigue and I find my thoughts wandering so many different paths. I feel bad for Raymond. He is family and should have been included in the family hug. I hope that gets rectified. Another group of interesting characters. I hope you plan on writing for a very long time because these characters have a voice and I'm listening ?. OMG , love me some Danny and Raymond. All I need now is somehow to bring Ilya into the family and be on the first flight to Texas, lol. Like the idea of replacing the sheriff and fire chief, but I'm a little confused about relocating the business . I'm still not sure what the business does outside of ranching, but I'm sure it will get explained in due time.
