    Well, I think all my stories subscribe to that kind of setting... I don't want to focus on homophobia, as there are plenty of stories that describe that a lot better than I could. Also, I want to focus on telling a story, one in which the two people who fall in love with each other happen to be guys. As for Maddox's announcement to his family... well, that will get a place in the story, but it will be quite far into the future! I don't deny any of the last verses! As you well know, I'm all for HEAs!

    He-he, don't underestimate me... I can put these guys through a lot! I don't if that's a flaw or... But yes, now, for some chapters, we'll have calm waters, or maybe not so shaky... The story will go out for a while, guaranteed. I'm talking 10+ chapters more, so that landing is still far. There are plenty of other things that will go on... Xpress losing the story... nah, they'll just appear when it matters and turn the world upside down (not always in a bad way) Ray, the informant? Oh, gawd, I find it so funny that people are still suspecting poor Ray, lol!

    In a nutshell, yes! And of course, my characters often may appear as so over the top! It's totally my fault, and Jonathan's faults are all mine, not his!

    Now that I know who you are... So happy that you can relate to Rusty. He's not the easiest character to write, but, hell, he's so much fun - and by that I mean dramatic and intense, but also with a bit of he-he-he... Thanks a lot for your comment!

    Well, now in hindsight, it's hard to give a proper reply to all the points here... but, yes, their common ground is that they know absolutely nothing about handling relationships, and that's a point that will bring them closer together. As for Rusty, he'll remain a mystery, at least partially! After all, he'll get his own story...

    I'm going at this a bit backwards since the new chapter is already up... but I didn't have the time to respond to comments earlier and wanted to bring the new chapter as soon as it was possible. So, yes, Jonathan and Rusty have things in common, and they will have their chances to interact even more in the future. You're right about Ray! He's practically living the dream of any college student, lol! He has romance, friends, a bestie... the whole enchilada!

    Well, plenty of new things will happen, but the boys might surprise you by taking steps in various directions... you see, I'm not saying 'different'... if I need to reinforce it, I will - let me introduce myself, Laura S. Fox, but the S actually stands for HEA, and please don't ask how that works but that's my middle name! Of course, when I don't go by variations related to my obsession with cliffies... but don't look there! Internal and external events alike are bound the shape the guys. Therefore, there's still a long road ahead!

    At the moment, it feels like an overwhelming physical attraction, what happens between them. That makes them both misjudge the situation, hence the whole misunderstandings. Let's not forget that besides their heated times between the sheets, they're pretty much two strangers, and it takes a huge leap of faith to open up to someone like that. Sex is a different matter, is more basic, if I can say so. Jonathan's family will appear in the story. It will be a point on which Jonathan needs to work. And that might bring him more development to his character, as well.
