    Ha-ha, I just love this...

I so low-key love the porn video production house scenario... it would have been something. Too bad Herr Becker and Herr Reichenau aren't by far as creative as you! or maybe it's for the better, since they are sinister enough on their own! There is something about Herr Schneider that readers just seem to like Lawrence would like a clearer head very much, thank you! And he definitely doesn't want to be watched by a 'joker'...

I wanted to have a big conspiracy included, hence this one! Lawrence will keep his critical thinking in good shape, but even he might stumble upon evidence that will make him question what he knows...

Without a doubt! I'm sure it is still happening, and in all kinds of families. If you google Prince Paul of Romania... well, it's a whole thing. (unrelated to the story, we just had our own controversies within - or without! - The Royal House of Romania)

I believe the mystery of who is driving who and where... will be elucidated in the chapter I just posted! By all means, stick to your guns We'll go to so many places with this story.

Hmm, interesting... but the boots belong to someone much younger than Herr Schneider. Please do add to the theories... we'd like a proper bonfire to warm our intellects! And thank you! I enjoy doing all kinds of extra stuff when writing - some might call it, ahem, procrastination... but as long a I turned it into material for my stories, it's all good, I guess!

Oh, en français, s'il vous plaît! I wish I could read it in French - mind you, I only glanced at the English version - I read the books in my language, as the whole collection (six out of seven volumes, actually) printed in 1973 was much, much cheaper for me to buy than the English translations. And also, my old ones were gone, mysteriously disappeared a long time ago (probably lent to someone who never returned them.) Lawstien... well, it sounds a little French, and it's defo better than... Basrence (ugh)

I'm really trying to put the academia in dark academia here... nothing like a tale of obsession, right?

Nothing makes a meal quite like a conspiracy cake!

    Fast Cars

Chapter Twenty – Fast Cars Lawrence stopped in front of the vending machine, slowly counting the coins in his pocket. He should have known that lending his ear to local gossip would most likely lead him nowhere, but there had been something unsettling in the postal worker’s manner as he told his tale. An intensity. Yes, that was the word. And Lawrence believed it to be enough of a hint that the villagers in general didn’t trust ‘Veridien people’ much, whether they had anything in common wit
  13. And that moment is coming!
  14. Thank you so much. I believe that, as an author, I do want my stories to be interesting and fast-paced and many other things, but above all, I'm counting on the emotional value they offer, so thank you again
  15. Oh, yes, it will be great for them and, um, anyone watching

  19. A victorious trio is all we want after such a long story, lol.
  20. Jack was supposed to be special from the start... And I wanted you to meet the parents, too, lol.
  21. Chapter Forty-Eight – The Truth of the Prophecy Vince growled and swiped one arm through the air, hitting Theodore in his broad wolf chest and knocking him several feet back. “You have to understand what the prophecy is telling you, Theodore! And it is not about you sacrificing yourself or fighting alone!” Theodore didn’t hesitate to regain the lost ground. Vince mostly felt him rather than saw him, because the army they were fighting against didn’t wait a moment for their squabbl
  22. Hmm, and when I thought the linguistic debate was over, @Nahrung ups the stakes!
  23. I have to admit I've never thought of that - I have always preferred him to others... especially because of a fictionalized story written about his life when I was a kid.
  24. I must honestly admit that I don't recall that particular detail about Felix. That's the thing with writing a long story - by the end of it, there's a risk of forgetting all kind of small things - and readers will remember them better!
  25. Not the original... replicas everywhere. I can see where the suspicion is coming from
