Jonathan may be planning and planning and hoping and hoping... But Maddox is there, too, and surely, it takes two to tango. Plus, they might want to keep up pretenses, but they're way too young to be experienced at the game of social masks. I won't comment more on that Maddox does like to play around with a certain enticing hole, but let's see how that goes, right?

I'm surely glad when readers have even more exciting ideas than me! I'm afraid I'll fall a little short... But yes, Pepin, in his wisdom, realized that just lying wouldn't get them too far, and he's right. Now with so little of the story left, I guess we will just have to wait a little and see...

From the moment you'll read the title of the next chapter - which I'll post right away - I believe that you'll have the satisfaction of noticing that some of your suppositions will check out As for Jonathan, he does have a lot of growing to do, including from the point of view of sexual maturity.

The decision of going off-campus has a rather plain explanation, and I'd say straightforward and in line with Maddox's way of thinking, as you will see. He's definitely not afraid of being seen with Jonathan, and it's more Jonathan being afraid of that than the other way around. That thing will get checked out in tonight's chapter. What Jonathan feels about his past is a bit more complicated and things will be revealed about it little by little. And yes, that internal confidence is the thing he needs to work on the most.
