Epilogue Kai helped his mom climb the steep stairway that led to the Shimmering Cavern by offering his arm like a gentleman. Oh, gawd, those gifs were so spot on, I lol'ed so hard! Yes, it's pretty much about people coming from different walks of life, and now they both have certain negotiations to deal with so that they can land on the same page. Maddox is just right for Jonathan. Their families couldn't be more different, and we all know how that shapes us into who we are. As for Maddox being a lovely plushy toy... oh, you couldn't be more right about that. Oh, gawd, now I want a plushie Maddox with that little heart on which it says Jonathan!

Not only Maddox and Jonathan are ticking bombs... Xpress will always make appearances that are bound to blow things up... or at least out of proportions. As much as it's the villain, it will also act as a catalyst for the two guys' relationships. Just to make it a bit more clear, Xpress writes something almost every day, but our heroes are not always in the limelight. These gossip rag aficionados have many fish to fry, he-he-he... So, it will be mentioned only when it's important for the story!

Jonathan may be planning and planning and hoping and hoping... But Maddox is there, too, and surely, it takes two to tango. Plus, they might want to keep up pretenses, but they're way too young to be experienced at the game of social masks. I won't comment more on that Maddox does like to play around with a certain enticing hole, but let's see how that goes, right?

I'm surely glad when readers have even more exciting ideas than me! I'm afraid I'll fall a little short... But yes, Pepin, in his wisdom, realized that just lying wouldn't get them too far, and he's right. Now with so little of the story left, I guess we will just have to wait a little and see...
