Chapter Eight – Fetch! It was suspiciously silent upstairs. April mixed the pasta with the carbonara sauce he had just made and carefully turned off the stove and wiped his hands on a towel. The kitchen needed a bit of cleaning up, just like the entire house, but he had been too busy to start. There were just so many things he had to do. One of them was to convince Jett that he needed to go to classes. For some reason, Jett was seriously against that. Was it because he wasn’t in college?

It appears that everyone is taken with the idea of a baby brother, looool! Gosh, when you all will meet Jett's dad, you'll surely change your opinion! Actually Jay is Jett's son, and things will become clear at one point. It's just that I never thought about making the connection itself a mystery, only the circumstances regarding how Jay was left by Jett's doorsteps. I left some breadcrumbs for people to catch on hopefully, but I think the trail was so thin that no one really noticed it, lol! (that's completely my fault, obviously). Thank you for your appreciation and your comment! I think, too, that April would be more open to being protected - he doesn't even realize that's happening - but Jett simply needs to take things really far!

Wow, the dodge stats on this dude in the gif are off the chart, lol! I really appreciate how you make me laugh with your funny gifs, and also how many nice words you have to say about my story. I guess I'm not a multitasker, either, so it's easier for me to write such characters, lol! The hair is about medium, when left free, it would reach the shoulders, kind of like that. But, as great as the gif is, Jett might have a really tough time changing diapers, he-he! But fingers crossed!

Yes, you're right, dear godmom, there is something there, and as always, you have great intuition. But it is not as much as Jett not wanting to be gay as not wanting ... something else that I believe will become more clear as the story progresses. The thing with people, even those who appear to be simple at first glance, is that there are made from multiple layers (and now I remember the donkey from Shrek calling Shrek 'onion boy'), and Jett might want to keep everything clear and simple, without succeeding much. Jett's father will play a role in the story, at the right moment, and you will be able to judge for yourself how much Jett's upbringing and his relationship with his dad influenced his shaping up as a man, as well. As for the big reveal, I might keep it as the cherry on top, as the mess the outline for this story is at this point demands my attention in multiple and varied ways ... like usual, it looks like I haven't changed, lol! Thank you for always being here for me, my darling godmom!

Oh, no, no, so many levels of no! OMG, what terrible ideas some people have, lol! I'm afraid that guy is wearing a fire hazard on his head. But kudos for courage, what can I say ... Just to make it all clear, this is kind of what I have in mind for Jett ... although maybe something even messier than this, not at all artful or done at a beauty salon or something.

April is at that point where he's more in denial than the so-called straight guy next to him, but let's give him a break, since he's in a situation he couldn't even dream of being only days ago. As for the villains coming for April, that will take a while, but it will definitely put Jett and his feelings to the true test

Jett will soon be 'off the scale', lol! It's not as much about what he identifies as, but what April considers him to be, in futile efforts to protect himself. (spoiler alert: he won't be able to)

Chapter Seven – Are You Freaked Out? April wasn’t sure he should move and obey Jett’s order, but it looked like, for the moment, his body wanted to do that and who was he to argue with his own anatomy? He stopped in front of Jett. “Well?” he asked. “What should I do now?” April tried to sound casual, but his voice sounded a bit weird. Jett’s grin grew broader. “Turn.” April sighed and turned. And instantly let out a small gasp as his ass was grabbed forcefully. “Dude!”
