I totally get the WOW emoji choice since I was going for that reaction! Yes, the two guys involved in the body swap needed to be in the same room, but also Aron had to be present for the actual reverse to happen, and the conditions for that were finally met. Aron was the link between them, which is why nothing happened when Carter tried to reverse the switch on his own (during the first chapters). Simon ... eh, that boy needs a bit of fresh air, I agree And yes, Aron's mom felt something, but, just like all the characters, except for those directly involved in the body swap, could not think of any magic stuff and only blame it on herself as she was thinking of Carter a lot. Carter will awake, this time for good, in the hospital room, and yes, that will happen the next chapter! Thanks for commenting! Much appreciated! -

Kyaa, so glad someone mentioned Aron's mom! I know that with all the rollercoaster this chapter was, she didn't take the first place on the stage, but she's the only who truly 'felt' Carter, and I thought it was an important element. Carter will continue to talk to himself, he, he. He never parts with his trolly brain, so that will continue to happen. And yes! Carter is awake! It was a long time coming! Hugs! -

Ha, ha, I have no fear of spoilers here! Carter won't die, don't worry! He's my favorite boy, I could never do that. Thank you again, and I'm so glad you're enjoying this story! -

Ah, Wes, so, so sorry! I knew I was late, but ... that's what happens when I lose myself in the kitchen, cooking for hours ... I kind of lost track of time. I apologize again, but you'll see more of Alex. The real Alex this time! And I can only say you'll not love him more! Carter and Aron, sigh, they'll have to go back to being best friends now, right? Well, things will happen, I promise! -

He, he, that means that I worked that build up well enough. And, yes, that was a lil' cliffie right there. I can only say, as usual, that things are going to get even more crazier. Or maybe not? The order of things was finally restored. Or has it? And now I sound like a stupid clickbait article, lol. Thank you so much, words like these make my day. Cheers! -

Chapter Twenty-Two – Enough to Make a Difference “No, it’s just some allergy and stuff,” he quickly wiped his cheeks with his hands. “I didn’t know you were allergic,” Aron said, still worried. “What triggered your allergy?” “A shmuck,” Carter said brightly. “I mean, that shmuck from earlier. The reporter. Yeah, that’s it. I’m allergic to scumbags.” Aron placed a hand on Carter’s shoulder and squeezed gently. “You don’t have to act brave. I know how what I said must be

Happy F*pping Everyone!

Well noticed, my dear godmother! Alex has his reasons, or at least he thinks he does, but I totally agree with you. That still wouldn't justify the way he behaves. But thank you for catching that! -

Thank you for another great comment! Yes, Alex is difficult to figure out, indeed. All we have is some second-hand knowledge from others. And when someone is so difficult to understand from others' POV, that might mean that the person is careful not to let himself be figured out, most of the time. Everyone will know the answer to that question. -

Hmm, big, big question, right? It definitely looks like Carter has managed to dig himself an even bigger rabbit hole! Thank you, dear godmother, for all your trust in me! -
Yeah, that's pretty much what Carter hasn't really thought about it. But hey, he is busy keeping Aron happy!
-
Ha, ha, hey, we all know Carter very well by now. He is all about easing men's pain ... or their desire for it! Alex might not hear, being not present and all, but the truth is he might not listen even if he was present, he, he. "You are not a nice person!" - You are being kind, lol! Of course, David wouldn't be so kind. And he might just be the best person to straighten up the little diva. As for the fashion statement ... I ... just ... cannot! Yeap, if Carter doesn't change Alex - and that's beyond his control - that marriage won't benefit that much from all the help. Hell, I'm counting on it (author slowly moves away, rubbing her hands in glee and with some kind of evil laughter in the background that somehow doesn't match the lipsynch). No, no, nothing could go wrong ... director, please, make it roll! :)) Thanks for another fun comment!

Ah, ah, I know that effect is totally natural from readers, so why am I feeling a little guilty here? I might have to have a convo with my own brain like Carter! Thank you for commenting! (Also for finding my story amusing!) -

Ha, ha, I swear I don't hate my characters! Of course, you'll have to take my word for it. Yes, Aron is true to his heart, and there has always been someone there, which is why he felt so guilty toward his real husband. And yeah, there will be some suffering, but it's all for a good cause, I swear! Thank you for the comment! -

Thank you, Wes, that's a beautiful response. -
Sleeping next to Aron was the best thing ever. Especially since the guy now had a signature way of waking him up, with slow kisses and caresses. “Hey,” he smirked, as he stretched like a cat into the man’s arms. “Hey back,” Aron chuckled. “I hate not being able to cuddle some more, but I need to go to work early. They’re sending someone over from New Entertainment, to ask us about a new motivational book we publish. Apparently, these guys like to wake up with the chickens.” “Why do y
