Chapter Thirty-Four – Mints, Anyone?
So what the hell was he going to do now? Had Aron called and he missed it or something? He checked his phone. No calls. Okay, he needed to see Aron.
Wait, he needed to take a shower first. They were seriously going to have sex. If what the girl had said was true ...
Of course it’s true. Now we remember everything.
I’m so amazed how quickly you take credit. You said you had nothing but blank space in that part.
But now we know.
Yes, he
Michael was a rather clumsy 'hero' in this one, but he's 14, I can forgive him. I think Loz would have the potential of being a complex character, but since I'm not the author and just the passenger, I will sit back and watch the show staged by the real 'master of puppets'
My heart really went to Daniel at the end, in the scene with his mum. Somebody save this smol bean! 😢
I think I worry about Julie as much as her mother. I mean, I totally understand the mom and her need to protect. Also, Leigh! That girl is something. She gives good advice and she has already guessed Michael's secret!
It looks like Michael has his own struggles, which basically means that he and Daniel are alike more than they know at this point. I look forward to their coming together little by little
"falling in love with someone who doesn’t even know I’m there"
I dare to believe that Michael already noticed Daniel But it's natural and very realistic for Daniel and his situation as it is, to believe that. I'm glad I'm starting to read this story. It will be a nice way to spend my breaks.
I felt emotional while writing this, too! And, seriously, they are some of the cutest characters I've read about in a BL. And I'm glad you think that, too!
That's what usually happens when you're very young, I believe. It's so easy to have misunderstandings because of the change that's happening inside you and around you.
I love how people throw around theories! In this case, while it's an interesting theory, I must say this story is all Carter's POV and all, to some extent, is about him or involving him, so that should give you something extra to think about
That's quite the leap of faith right there, to be honest. I personally interpreted their interaction in the comics as a lot of reluctance from Momo's part as rooted in his anxiety of being taken for a fool.
Ha, ha, a lot of people want to do that to Momo, too. To give a bit of the feel of the original story, Momo is this grumpy guy who never smiles. And the entire fandom waits for that day when he will do that! (Hence my allusion to that almost-smile here)
I'm definitely proud of him, too, lol! Since the original author still keeps us hostage - almost three hundred chapters in! - and just teases us, I just had to write a resolution to the extreme teasing in the comics!
Ah, Timmy, you're right about the empty spaces ... I took the story as I had it formatted for a fanfiction site where I thought it looked good this way. My bad, I didn't realize it would be kind of annoying. As for the story, I'm glad that you like it! (And 'denial' is Momo's middle name, lol)
Hmm, you have something of a supposition there ... And you're right that I won't answer, at least not directly - just so that I don't ruin the ending for you, lol. But feel free to pat yourself on the back after you read the last chapter, he, he. You'll know what I mean
