    I'm happy to hear that! I am usually not a big fan of sequels, as I was disappointed in the past reading the books of other authors, so for me, writing this one was both a challenge and a risk. But I was already so much in love with Rusty from the times when I was writing Good Guys Don't Date Bad Boys that I couldn't not write his story.

    Well, since I'm publishing chapters before I'm done with the story, I don't have an exact number. It could well be around 30, but for Good Guys Don't Date Bad Boys (for which this story is a sequel), I initially had plans for 28 chapters, and it ended up being 47, so as you can see, things can get pretty out of hand when I fall in love too much with my characters.

    A reveal of the real identity of Slicky Coolplums would bring the story to an early end, and that's not what I have in mind for it. Matty has his reasons to play at two ends, since he cannot know what's in Rusty's head, the way readers do. As for why Rusty is not figuring it out, it's because he has already established that Matty is not the cat boy, so he's not looking for clues there anymore.

    As they say, people see what they want to see, and Rusty might have suspected Matty very briefly, but since he had come out with the conclusion that Matty's not the right height to be the cat boy, he just goes with it, without overthinking it. Plus, Matty's really smart and knows how to hide his identity well. And about the tails... well, I guess that when it's about sexy displays, butt plugs are involved, but since Matty wears a cosplay outfit - the kind to be worn at conventions and such - he had to operate that particular modification to his costume.

    Yes, yes, that is the most important question of all. Will they be able to keep their hands to each other? They might try, Rusty because he gave his word, and Matty, because he wants to respect Rusty's decision. And friendzoning is not that bad.
