When I woke up this morning I was feeling a bit down with being stuck in the hospital, but all of the wishes from you guys lifted me and the nurses bought cake. The family came to see me tonight and brought more cake, lots of it and again I shared it with the other patients which made us all feel more cheerful. I'm feeling tired now so I'm going to try to get some sleep, but before I do I want to thank you guys, you helped to make today better than I thought it would be. Thank you and good night, I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.

The nurses on this ward are brilliant, thoughtful and caring. I love them all.

Sad, yet beautiful and perfectly imperfect. I think that is the best way to think of a memory like this. Many of us have memories of a similar nature, but do we accept them like the narrator of this story has? Probably not. Thank you for this nostalgic glimpse into the past, even if it is fictional.

Nothing Earth-moving or life-shattering to read here. But there is a humorous story to make you laugh and put a smile on your face. Go on, read it, I dare you, the side effect of smiling is good for you.

So, you wanted to write something funny to make me laugh and smile, did you? Well (notice the pun? Okay, so it's not funny), @Lee Wilson, you succeeded, thank you, we could do with more humorous stories.

This is an enlightening and informative read of gender issues and self-acceptance. This story shows how you must first accept yourself and feel confident in yourself so that you can enjoy life to the fullest and all it has to offer. Jay's journey is an engaging read that will leave you wanting more. @CassieQ has done a brilliant job in bringing this story to us.

This well-written and thoughtful story gives a tiny glimpse into a life of self-discovery and acceptance. I still don't fully understand the aspects of gender dysphoria/fluidity or whatever label others want to put on it, but I do understand a little more than I did before, and that is a positive. One thing that I do fully understand is that you must first accept yourself for who you are before you can feel comfortable in life. I enjoyed it so much that I would love to read more about Jay's journey and life, that's how much it drew me in. Well done, and thank you, @CassieQ , for a wonderful and enlightening story.

There's lots of tension in this chapter. There is the tension between Drake and Jimmy, no, I don't mean bad tension, it's that sexual tension with a lot of genuine caring to it. Jimmy wants to act on it, but Drake throws it off like an idiot. Drake knows deep down what he wants, but he has a bee in his bonnet about something and won't let it go... yet. Then there is the tension with Preston, which I find very entertaining and can't wait to see more of it. Preston is so blinkered that he can't see how he walks straight into Jimmy's rebuttals of him; the score is Jimmy 2 Prick 0.

Woohoo! I loved the family spat, it was very entertaining. Preston was not expecting that, and he has got to be hurting from it, trouble is, that means he will only try to come back harder, and I do believe that would be a mistake. I think Drake was a bit shocked at first, but he soon got into it and finally stood up for himself, with Jimmy by his side, he found the courage, but does he really know how much he still cares for Jimmy as that is where the strength came from? I can't wait for the next round, errr, sorry I meant chapter.

A different and interesting start to what I believe to be an interesting story. I mean, look at the cast. A distant, dysfunctional, fucked-up family containing; divorced parents who continue to bicker like they are still together. A brother who seems to love getting under the gay brother's skin just to piss said gay brother off. A sister who tries to be supportive. An ex who has now gone straight, supposedly, and a cousin complete with fiancé with family and a whole host of guests at a wedding. Then, we have our two main characters, a couple who are not a couple but friends who are ex's, with one of the ex's pretending to be a different ex! What can possibly go wrong? I'm looking forward to seeing how this unfolds; it's going to be fun. Sorry if I missed anyone out of the cast, lol.
