I had homemade beef goulash. Made to my own recipe, but somewhat similar to the following: https://www.spendwithpennies.com/hungarian-goulash/ The main vegetables were all grown in my garden. And it was a main course, not a soup (starter), before anyone asks. (I'm also going to freeze several portions.)
